“Good hotel, bad location”

The hotel is at the top notch of 3 star hotels. The rooms are huge, equipped with a bath tub and shower, Flat screen LCD with Free music and movies, tea and coffee, microwave.. The staff were very nice to us, invited us for free cuppoccino and juice on arrival. The kept our bags in the luggage room for 3 days when we traveled to Spain and we took it back for no extra charge... Only problem is the location, it is far away from the city. Tip: Do not use the RER (Regional Train) for transportation. It is so confusing, and is not consistent, i got lost many times using it and then i discovered that i should use the METRO (Saint Denis Stade De France Station) on M 13, it is a bit far away from the hotel (across the stadium other side) but is far more convenient than RER.

“Nice Rooms, Friendly Stuff, Bad Location”

“wet and windy”

The hotel itself is fine provided you have no need of a breakfast room or restaurant facilities. The issues we had were lack of willingness to replace the batteries on the room safe despite repeated requests during the working week. Also there was a party in the room above us which the reception staff appered to do nothing about until 4 or 5 in the morning. The coffee and tea making facilities weren't replenished each day and one of the lifts was covered internally with plastic sheeting although no work was being carried out on it that we could tell. The fitness centre is a small room with 3 exercise machines in it. Nothing else. If you are going to a match at the Stade France this is a perfect place to sleep, provided that is all that you are after.

“Underwhelming”

The front desk staff were brusque and unwelcoming. The poorly stocked bar (no draft beer and no white rum) was disappointing for a 4* hotel. Paying by cash at the bar resulted in claims that they had no change so drinks were rounded up to the nearest multiple of €5 - clearly a scam!! The hotel was full because of the France vs England rugby game at the Stade de France which is right across the street from the hotel ... wouldn't you have thought that hotel management would have made sure the hotel was adequately staffed and stocked to maximise on this business opportunity.

“Don't go to this hotel”

i don't know why the people who work in this hotel during the day shift didn't want to help us to look for a taxi. it was so difficult to make a phone call to a taxi service company? She knew there were be difficult to get a place into the train traveling to the airport at the time we arrived to train station. We've got help and finally get a taxi to the airport thanks to an operator of an info center on the train station who called a taxi service company and we could finally arrived to CDG Airport. I don't think this is the way to deal with a customer Regards Jose

“Not impressed and do not recommend!!”

Hotel service was ok but when leaving, we were charged extra for cab due to it was called in from outside, but how much extra could not be confirmed! The hotel had alot of spider webs on the back of the curtains and rails, not impressed!! Room was very basic and the toilet was separate to bathroom, cubicle was so small was worse than being on a plane! Hotel was 10-15mins walk from train station which was a rough area and did not feel safe traveling alone at day or night time, especially for a female. Only thing decent were the bars and restaurants on the actual hotel block and blocks next door. Anything further was daunting and definitely would not go back. The station was always so packed that the only other option would be taxi, and end of the 3 days my taxi fares from central Paris added up to over 100 Euros so I might aswell stayed in more central expensive hotel!! Not worth the price and definitely NOT 4 STAR. Not recommended at all. Sorry but no exageration.
