“Tres classe et confortable.”
Les alentours laissent à desirer, c'est un peu la "zone", mais j'ai passé mon séjour avec ma voiture, donc ce n'etait pas tres important puisqu'ils ont un parking sous terrain. ( Un peu cher d'ailleur ! ) Par contre une fois dans l'hotel, c'est tres bien !! les chambres sont tres propres, grande, sobre mais classe, j'y retournerais.

Bon hôtel avec de grandes chambres soignées et propres. Certes l'accès à pied ne fait pas rêver mais c'est seulement à 3 minutes du métro et l'isolation sonore est impeccable.
“Hotel Novotel Suite”
Bonne prestation hoteliere. Nous avions choisi l'hotel pour sa situation entre le stade de France et Paris. Evidemment comme attendu, les environs porte de la Chapelle et dans St Denis ne sont pas des plus rassurants ni des plus propres. L'Hotel dispose cependant d'un parking tres bien sécurisé ainsi que de vigiles à l'entrée si bien que si l'on utilise l'hotel pour sa fonction ainsi que comme point de départ en journée, cela est acceptable.

Big rooms which is unlike hotels in Paris, very far from city center. It takes 25minutes by train to get to city center.

Was concerned about location after reading the reviews, but after going out for a walk it wasn't as bad as depicted. Getting to station was easy using the crossings even thou there were areas closed for maintenance it didn't affect our access. No noise was heard in our rooms, considering the main roads. We didn't eat breakfast in as we wanted to eat in more authentic establishments but variety looked good. Staff were for the most helpful face to face but not the best in responding to emails with solutions etc.
“Worst possible location for visitors...”
Allow me to summarize what happens after you get off the LAST STOP of the #12 line: You come out of the subway into a main thoroughfare. You then have to walk ACROSS A HIGHWAY THAT DOES NOT HAVE A CROSSWALK with your bags in tow (provided you can actually spot the hotel from a good 1/2 mile away). After going across the very busy highway, you walk past sewage and and trash under a very seedy overpass (by the way, there's not a sidewalk), only to arrive at hotel that, while staffed with very pleasant people and a phenomenal breakfast, isn't quite worth the sojourn you took to get there.
“The hotel is OK but the area is terrifying”
Lokated in the slams of the Belt Pkwy surrounding Paris, the last subway stop full with the suspicious characters in the train, this hotel cannot be recommended at all unless you want to save $150 per night not to live in Paris itself
“Great...except location”
This hotel was absolutely great...minus the surrounding neighborhood. The hotel is situated underneath a huge highway interchange, which is dangerous to cross if you go the wrong way. When in Metro station, follow exit to the left, then head down towards the sidewalk on your left, then about 3 blocks up cross the road at the crosswalk, and walk straight to entrance of hotel. Underneath this underpass is a collection of extremely rough people (prostitutes, druggies, and homeless). I am from Chicago and don't scare easy, but this is definitely something to be worried about. If you go out mid-day it should be fine. Hotel had free coffee, milk, water, and banana bread (plus more if you want to pay for it). They have free massages on Thursday after 5 pm - 9:30 pm. The staff are nice, and hard working. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. Free movies system too on the TV!
