“Impressive breakfast!”
We stayed only one night, but hotel was very nice for the price! Staff was nice and the breakfast awesome - great selection for a continental breakfast!

I found it to be home away from home.
“Cheap way to see Frankenmuth.”
The pool and spa were great. The hotel price was wonderful, probably because its wintertime. There is a club inside the hotel that played good music and had good drinks. Would definitely go there again...
“good value medium hotel”
we use this hotel several times a year, it was getting run down but the last times we stayed there a marked improvement was noticed

I believe for the rate, the facility was more than worth it. We arrived on a friday evening, and left on sunday after doing some shopping in Birch Run and Frankenmuth. The whole time was quiet and pleasant. The only thing I was surprised was that there was not any in house room service. However, there was some local restaraunts that deliverd, which was very good.
“Better than expected”
In general, it was better than expected. Except the lobby entrance, room and service was great for a motel with swimming pool and few possible internal activities for the kids. Breakfast was very basic, yet it can keep you going for couple of hours.
“Ok for shopping trip”
We stayed here as a jumping ground to Thanksgiving shopping at Birch Run and Saginaw. It is only about 15min away from Birch Run/Frankenmuth, and 10min to Saginaw's Fashion Square mall, and its much cheaper to stay here than right in Birch Run. Hotel is in a run-down area just off the interstate, not much around, but always felt safe. Huge pool in a central atrium, although it was a little cold the first day we were there. Otherwise, couldn't complain for the price we paid. We were barely in our rooms and were sightseeing or shopping the whole time.
“No Impressed.”
Elevator was not working and other guests commented that it was an ongoing issue all week. Pool area is open and is located in the middle of the hotel. Noise can be heard from the inside corrider rooms and we had load noise until 10:00 p.m the evening of our stay.
“Was what we needed”
Everything was pretty much average. The heating and cooling unit was loud. The cable TV selection was good. The breakfast was a bit lame as you had to stand in line to make your own waffles. We just needed a place to sleep so we could be tourists. i did notice, however, that the top edges of the comforter on the bed smelled heavily like dust. The staff was polite and the internet worked. For what we paid, it was acceptable.
“Not Impressed.”
If I had only stayed at this hotel for the room, I would have felt it was way overpriced. However, I had my family with me and the pool atrium area is nice. I also was able to use a coupon, so it made it seem worth it to me.
