Overall, an excellent value.Posted 29-Sep-2014
Pros: The hotel is close to a few of the most recommended restaurants in the area. The room, and especially the bed was very comfortable.
The hotel is very well decorated. The hallways were a little confusing at first, but once I found my room it was easy to find again. The room was more than I expected. Very nice efficiency. The small kitchen was fully stocked. I did have to ask the front desk for extra coffee, but it was provided with courtesy and a smile. The staff is very respectful. The bed was very comfortable. I would love to have that bed at home.

Good place to stay.Posted 4-Aug-2014
Pros: Easy access. Good shopping and eating near by.
Cons: Walls are a little thin. It's easy to hear your neighbors.
It was a good place to stay, although we got locked out the second night. The staff was very sorry and re-issued some new keys. Overall it was clean and comfortable.

A nice hotel to stay, except the bedPosted 28-Jul-2014
Pros: Clean room, delicious breakfast.
Cons: No ice machine on each floor. We had to go to the kitchen on the first floor to get the ice.
The hotel room was clean, and the breakfast was awesome with delicious waffle and cheese omelette. The reason I am not giving 5 points is the sunken bed. We felt as if the bed had a big dent in the middle. So many people must have slept in the middle of the bed, and it wasn't comfortable for 2 of us to sleep since we kept on rolling to the middle because of the sunken spot. Other than that, everything else was good.

Nice hotel w/ friendly staffPosted 20-Jul-2014
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Only complaint was the breakfast. Sticky floors, not a big selection and the non-stick coating on the waffle maker was peeling off.

Close to Family and Great Fun in the poolPosted 17-Jul-2014 on Hotels.com
I personally did not stay, however, I booked this for my Daughter and her young family. They loved convenience of shopping and the distance to the home of my other daughter for family get together. Children are 3 and 4 years of age so they had a great time in the pool. Also I checked it out myself and would strongly consider staying when I visit again!

Room was clean. Only stayed one night, but full kitchen would have supported extended stay. Check-in/out was easy. Noisy guests made sleep impossible. Location was in an industrial park. Had to search hard for convenience store miles away just for sodas. Primary complaint: they put a $75 charge on my card for incidentals at check-in without notice. At check-out, mentioned the charge would be credited in a few days. When I complained they pointed to a sign indicating policy. This might be policy at this location only, but I will not book the entire chain again due to this practice.
