Nice place but dissapointing breakfast

Pros: Room was nice, had a "Marriott" residence in type of feel to it.
Cons: Just make sure your advertised Buffet breakfast is available.
Location: Lots of shopping, eateries and movies within walking distance
All in all the hotel was worth it and decently priced. I have to say though, I ALWAYS base my booking of a room off of a buffet breakfast because I usually travel with 4-6 kids and breakfast is a big part of our budget. On our last morning, we got up to go eat and catch our flight. NO BREAKFAST. I guess someone had called in sick and they were super late getting breakfast set up (it was well after 9 and there was no food out for us to eat). So, off to the airport we went with no breakfast, it was pretty dissapointing but I would consider staying there again if I new that would be addressed.

Worth the money

Pros: The suite was complete with cooking and eating utensils; close to the airport (10 minutes).
Cons: A full-service restaurant on premises, although the front desk said I could order from a restaurant nearby and my food will be delivered to the hotel.
Location: Within walking distance to a complex that had several restaurants.
I truly enjoyed my 1-night stay at this hotel; staff was very hospitable and I had a free ride from the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable; I will stay at this hotel again, maybe for a longer stay next time. Free transport to/from the airport from 6 a.m-11p.m. I had a very early flight out so the staff arranged for a cab drive (for a flat fee rate with the cab company) at 5 a.m.

We were impressed on how large and well equipped the unit was. It had a full kitchen, granite counter tops, stove, frig, cooktop and microwave . Well worth the price.

Was just passing thru. First time staying there. Was expecting a nice Hotel but was frankly blown away how nice it actually was.

Great stay & clean. Pool was not warm after it was advertised as heated and beds where on the little soft side. If you are on a late flight there is no pick up service.

The staff didn't enforce the rules, other guests were smoking and drinking in the pool and hot tub. The room was not clean and overall I was rather disappointed with our stay. I don't think we'll stay here again.

It took over 45 minutes to check in. The hotel was sold out for the night and they only had 1 person working the front desk. The hotel had over booked suites and the poor guy at the hotel was trying to accommodate this group of loud obnoxious women who wanted everything for free. Even though he was able to make it right for them. After they left, check in was smooth. Got to our room, coffee pot was dirty, filter still in it. I cleaned it myself because I felt bad for what the front desk guy just had to deal with. Then the bathroom was dirty. Dirty towel and someone had left make up on the vanity, cleaning staff is obviously not doing their job. Again didn't complain, I knew the hotel was booked for the night, I had already moved all my stuff in. Bed looked clean and that's all I really cared about. The. The TV was stuck on Spanish. I didn't care but we had friends hanging out before the Garth concert. So they called the front desk and He came to the room ASAP and fixed it. I would suggest having more people on staff when your hotel is sold out for the night. Cleaning staff needs to have a better check system.
