We stayed here on a Thursday in February. My partner was having a procedure done at the Sacramento Kaiser hospital the next morning, and this hotel is just a few minutes' drive away. The location is also close to shopping. There are Red Lobster and Outback restaurants across Howe Ave. (a large, busy street) and The Habit Burger across a smaller street. There are a lot of other food choices around the area.
This hotel has two stories on each of, I believe, three buildings. There are no elevators.
We reserved one of the superior double queen rooms. It was in the middle of the property, away from busy Howe Avenue, so we heard no traffic noise. The room had a door that opened to a courtyard between buildings. The only noise that we heard was a very creaky door which I believe was for a room directly above us.
Our beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small, but adequate. The air conditioner is the type that's under the window. For heating purposes, it wasn't noisy.
The breakfast was good and included a couple of types of pre-made omelet, bacon and sausage, and potatoes, as well as other choices.
There was plenty of parking (free) when we were there.
We would definitely stay here again. It met our need for a comfortable night's sleep. It's not a luxurious place, but we feel that it's a good value for the money.
