“Hmmm.... not impressed”

Since the price was right considering the area, I won't complain too much. However, the hotel was not a "wonderful night away". The best I can say is that it needs some drastic updating. The advertised "breakfast" was the biggest joke of all. Packaged danishes (very small and probably the thing I dislike the most for eating) and apple juice are not too terrific after a long night. Not even a pitcher of milk for the oatmeal packets. Not likely to stay in that area again - and definitely not likely to stay at this hotel.

“Very Dated”

1975 wants there hotel back. i stayed in this same hotel in 1985 and NOTHING has changed i am pretty certain that even the bed spreads are the same. if there are any big money investors out there this place needs to be purchased and given a face lift cause it is in a great location.

the place was run down some and the pool i was looking forward to was in a state of repair with no immediate completion in site and the patio and view was not in my area

“try someplace else!”

The hotel's location (and views) are superb, but the hotel is not well maintained and has gone downhill. Good for partying ski-bums, perhaps, but not for those that want quiet and a minimum of comfort. The beds were really old and did not provide support (my back still hurts!), the door lock didn't work, and the room seemed well used and worn out.

“Not impressed and poor service.”

This hotel includes continental breakfast but had no milk, no cereal, just oak meal. Never seen this before in a continental breakfast offer. Also, they were suppose to CREDIT a "key" deposit and they actually debit my credit card and they have not responded to my messages. One very good thing is free laundry.

We were too older females alone. We were put in a room with french doors that did not lock properly and could not be secured well. The bathtub was a soaking tub with no rails to hold on to when exiting. Lots of stairs and no elevator. Definitely would not recommend to older folks.

“Kinda Cheezy”

For an off season hotel, no. I would search for better quality. For a low-cost place to flop during ski season, maybe. However, you get what you pay for.

“Would stay somewhere else if possible”

Old Inn,needs renovation. Rooms were large but had a moldy smell. No maid service unless u order. But the location was good for skiing.

“Will not go back”

We had stayed at this hotel before and although it is very old it was an ok stay. this time it was terrible. There were loud (drunk) guests running back and forth and arguing all through the night. The phones were not working so calling the front desk was not an option. I was with my young son and was too scared to go out. To top it off the coffee maker didn't work the next morning. The guest service the next morning was great and they refunded the room. Even so, we will not stay again

“Ship ??? Chalet”

Room was not cleaned. Desk clerk left for the night. Finally roused the sleeping emergency employee who told us they'd been having problems with rooms not being cleaned when guests check in. Hey, I know! Fix the problem! Just was a total nightmare from beginning to end.
