“sejour agreable”
chambre et salle de bain spacieuse et bien entretenue lit large et tres confortable personnel serviable,disponible et tres conviviable pour moi qui ne parle que le français sejour tres agreable facile d'acces
“bon rapport qualité prix”
A prendre pour ce que c'est: un campanile. Mais tres propre, personnel efficace et sympa. Un bon rapport qualité prix, petit dej copieux et varié. (buffet)
“Friendly quiet little hotel”
The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I had trouble with my room phone and they allowed me to use the desk phone. This hotel is on the outskirts approx. 20 mins. outside of Rotterdam. I found the local mall only 5 mins. walk away handy for shopping but sadly like most stores it was closed on Sunday. Breakfast buffet was good. Nice selection of mostly cold with a few warm items. Cost was a bit steep but I didn't see any other alternatives nearby. The room was very compact & clean for the most part. There was a hair in the tub from a previous guest. Although the hotel sits on a busy corner I did not hear any noise. As I was traveling alone the room was barely adequate sizewise. 2 people would have been cramped. Parking was free. My relatives had no problems with city traffic to come pick me up. I would return.
“Good value for money”
The hotel is close to the motorway junction and easy to find but is still fairly quiet in the evenings. The staff were all friendly and efficient. There is a major shopping complex 5 minutes walk away with modern range.

Hôtel simple mais correct, le personnel parle anglais et fait des efforts pour comprendre les clients!!! Vraiment pas cher par rapport aux autres hôtels du coin.

I am sorry to say that we were placed in a very, very small room on the third floor. The heat didn't work in the room and they insisted that it just took time. As it was quite cold outdoors, it was positively frigid in the room and the heat never worked. They sent up a gentleman who banged on the radiator control with a wrench, but it only got a tiny bit better. After freezing miserably for some hours we finally convinced them to put us in a room on the ground floor where the heat worked. We were never comfortable but at least were not freezing cold. The package was meant to have breakfast included, yet at checkout they still charged us a very steep amount, even for days which we didn't partake. Very, very disappointing. We needed another four nights here, but were glad to change to the NH as quickly as possible.
