“Very nice, clean and looks very new.”

This is a great location. Very well kept and friendly staff. This was our first trip to NZ and the experience was great. Everything was neat and tidy. Great value for the price.

2 personnes d'un certain age, gèrent cet établissement, ils ont été tout a fait charmant et nous ont très bien renseigné sur les activités du coin. Les chambres très grandes et ce qui ne gâche rien un superbe jacuzzi dasn la salle de bain. Pour tout tout simplement un séjour génial dan cet hôtel.

“Comfortable stay but disappointing”

Comfort Inn Coachman is a motel where backpackers and travellers can really chill out and feel comfy in their surroundings. It's quiet, clean and convenient. There is a fully equipped kitchenette and a 24 hour supermarket just down the road and a bottle shop across the road to buy supplies if necessary. The decor is a little tired and outdated - but if you don't mind this it's OK. Our room had an outside jacuzzi but we couldn't summon up any bubbles with the small amount of stuff that was left for us to put in and all the jets were not working so it was a pretty poor effort really - disappointing, I think we could have found a hotel with better hot tub facilities as it seemed that this was a bit of a theme when we got there and all the hotels/motels were offering rooms with hot tubs or spa baths, so we would probably try somewhere else next time.

“Surprising Rotoura”

I booked this hotel in a bit of a rush having left some of the planning of my holiday until the last minute. Given our stay was during the school holidays between Christmas and New Year I was happy just to get a bed and had no great expectations. Although a little tired the room and facilities were very surprising. I wasn't expecting hot plates / stove top in the kitchenette or the spa to be the size it was. The hotel was generally very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
