Continental breakfast and coffee served from 6-9 am. Limited amenities. Alarm went off for 5 minutes at midnight no one answered desk line. Partially smoked cigarette left in shower in a non smoking room.
Hotel was updated and was appealing to the eyes. The room was comfortable and clean besides some food that was left in the fridge, obvi not a big deal. Room was great besides the fact that my room faced the highway so it was a bit loud, however the AC helped to drown out that sound. Hotel staff was super nice, always saying hello when walking by. Buffet breakfast was decent, but not sure it's worth $10. Hotel is near many restaurants, stores, and the mall.
"Convenient to freeway and places I was visiting."
First time stay was found to be better than expected due to some ratings that I had read about. I found the room
quite adequate in most everything I needed. Only recommendation would be to update pillows on the bed.
Very nice room and free breakfast was above average. Not a big fan of wall mount heating/AC units as they're difficult for me to sleep through, but this one wasn't too loud. There was a fire alarm beeping on an upper floor that had a ton of people complaining. It wasn't very loud on the first floor where we were, but my daughter did complain it kept her up. The rest of us slept through it. I felt bad for the employee taking calls at the front desk. It had never happened before and all he could do is wait for the service company to come fix it.
