Everything was awesome the only thing that bad was that the shower head was spraying on the side of it but all it needed was to be tightened and we did it so it is an amazing place to stay loved the hot tub and the breakfast was really good every morning

The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and refused me service because I questioned her on a policy that I knew didn't exist. I've never been treated so disrespectfully. Upon reading reviews after the situation, I saw several other guests also reviewed how rude she is. Also read the rooms were extremely dirty and have bugs. There are far better hotels within the same Price range that are clean and don't have rude staff.

The night shift attendant was very rude. The room I originally booked was not the room I was giving and I was told to deal with it. Then the room key cards wouldn't work and the night attendant was very rude about it again when trying to get the key cards to work.

The only nice thing was they let us check in 20 min early. Other then that there was crumbs on the bed, the walls are paper thin, heard footsteps from next room, we could hear people outside talking, the elevator ding was so loud heard every person going in and out of elevator. Did not sleep well due to noise.

This properly has been under constant remodeling and construction for the last 3 yrs that I have come for the Big Ride Rodeo in Rosenberg and Needville...there has been no improvement and appears to have become worse than before....furniture was in the hallway, the parking lot still had spaces filled with equipment for construction and the carpet and rooms need replacing/or painted...the only thing that looks decent is the building on the outside and the lobby/breakfast area...

Staff was very pleasant. The gym wasn’t open due to renovations, as with other portions of the hotel. This is good since it needed updating. Still a very good breakfast provided to the guests.

Smelled like weed as soon as we got off the elevator to our room, Carpet was sticky, bed was SUPER HARD, AC unit sounded like a helicopter, bathroom was disgusting with poop on the side of the toilet, microwave had something blow up in it. Front desk staff was nice, and helpful when we asked for extra bedding for fold out couch for child. Lady that brought it looked like she lived here. She was in a nightgown and slippers.

We read the reviews after booking and found the poor reviews to be accurate. You can hear everything that is going on around you especially the banging of doors. A dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain, mold around the tub. On the bright side we didn’t find any bugs.

My daughter and I were in town for the AEW show that night happening right around the corner and we have to say that all of the negative reviews that this place has received prior to now are resolved. The room was very clean, AC was already on so the room was cool, fridge and microwave were in great working order, beds were super comfortable, staff let us check in early and offered recommendations for dinner and getting to our event, and even worked with us when we ended up checking out a few minutes late. The only negative we have is that the elevator broke down just before we got there and they hadn't gotten it fixed by the time we left, but that's not enough for me to say negative things about this trip. Would definitely stay again.

Staff not the friendliest, room smelled, so did bedding. Breakfast area unkept, front desk older lady not friendly (morning crew). Ran out of eggs, waffle mix, coffee. Also room was extremely hot when we got in. Hotel needs some updating in rooms.

We had pubic hair all over our beds and couch! Mold was on the vent. We left immediately and went to another hotel. Nobody would issue a refund! Would never stay here and will be figuring how to get a refund

Don’t stay here if you want to watch tv while in the room. They don’t have any local channels on the tv. And not all cable channels. So much for watching football games while in my room on a Saturday.

Upon arrival, the staff had a difficult time finding out reservation after providing the confirmation number. Took serval attempts to locate our reservation. The lobby is very dated and in much need of repair, upgrade and needs an exterminator asap (2 roaches and big spider). Once we finally received the room key, we were greeted with musty and dirty odor after opening the door. One of the Queen beds had a stain on the top sheet. We arrived at 2am and had an early drive the next morning. At this point, we were just too tired to find something else.

I’ve stayed at this property in the past and it was clean and very comfortable but this time they were remodeling it was a poor job, paint on the carpet the carpet smell in the rooms. The bathrooms weren’t that clean shower rods were falling down breakfast was barely adequate not enough coffee ready, I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you really don’t care whether it’s clean or not I would not stay there again

There was nothing "unique" about this property. Things often didnt work or stopped working (key cards). I dont want to just trash the place on here but i dont believe i will be staying there again.
