Un hotel très calme surtout très propre avec une vue dégagée sur la rivière , proche de centre commerciale de Rose mère , en face se la spa finlandais, pour les personnes qui aiment la détente.

good experience overall, room was clean and fairly priced, included breakfast was only ok at best.

We stayed at this hotel because we were going to a wedding close by. In terms of location, it was great for us since the reception and the ceremony sites were 5-10 minutes away. The reason why I would not recommend to others is because they market the hotel as a relaxing spa-type getaway.. and if you went for that reason, I think you would be disappointed. If you needed a place just to sleep and wash, then I would recommend it. First of all, you can hear EVERYTHING. People humping, babies crying, cleaning staff chatting and going in and out of rooms. The air conditioner was either broken or 'disabled' since they have a sign that says it doesn't run during the winter months (we were there at the end of May). We decided not to make a fuss about it and to suck it up for two nights since it wasn't that hot anyways. The hotel room had modern furniture, but it felt quite dark in there. Partly because the window was small, partly because the walls are blue, and also because there just isn't enough lighting. Another annoying thing is that there isn't enough parking so you need to park in the next lot if you come back late at night. I don't want to say it was terrible, there were some good things about the hotel: they had a convenient continental breakfast which was a nice touch and the place was clean. It served its purpose for us and that's all that matters in the end.

“Good but.....”

This hotel room is clean and staff is kind but I was not happy with these reasons. I booked 2 queen beds room with my 2 kids but they charged extra $20 for my 16 years old kid. Two queen beds means 4 people accomodation icluding 2 adults and 2 children under 18 but why they charge extra $20 more for kid. And no facilities for kids like swimming pool... good for only adult guest. Just keep in mind not so good family with kids.
