The property is a motel; I had thought I was booking a hotel. The reason I booked this establishment was because I was wanting a restful, peaceful night, but that didn’t happen as the road next to the business is as busy as the freeway all night. One thing, I absolutely must complain about is the lack of security once in the room: they had removed the door latch from the top of the door, and the only “security” system was the deadbolt that my 3 year old found interesting enough to play with…we slept with a chair in front of the door incase she had wanted to “play” with it while we were sleeping. The mattresses were soft…too soft. They kept the Wi-Fi password “under lock and key” which you had to call the front desk for… we opted to use data. Nothing against this business, but we expected more for the price we paid and we won’t be back.

Avoid at all costs
Most disgusting room. Furniture wasn’t fit for Goodwill. Will be demanding a refund. $200 for this room was an obscenity.
