“It was ok...”

Hotel room was clean and appliances were present, but outdated. TV had static and was bout 19" or so. I guess I expected more from the Extended Stay compared to other ones I stayed at. The foyer looked nice, but the room I stayed in could have used an upgrade on its features.

“Poor Management”

My refrigerator broke and spoiled my weeks worth of food. I gave the manager the opportunity to make this right but it didn't fit into her 10am to 2pm work day. The maintenance team was great but even they admitted the appliances were old and breaking and the rooms need new clean carpet. I don't expect much out of and extended stay but the reason I stay here is for the kitchenette. With out that this is another scummy motel.

“worst night ever”

was a very dirty place hallways stairways and room . hd to wait about half an hour to check in ...because it was after 11:00pm and had to make about ten calls just to get someone to pickup the phone . very disappointed
