“a great place to sleep”

i haven't been in a hotel for awhile but the one that i was in over the week end was very clean. the front desk was very courtesy and kind.i would tell my friend's and family about this hotel.but i think that the breakfest was to small and not enough food to go around.a bigger menu of breakfest list would be better.

“Chicago's Best Place to stay next to your home”

We had been roming through the city from the morning and wanted a peaceful sleep for the night to rejenuvate for the next long day. We where indeed anxious on how the hotel would be and where pleasently surprised with the warmth it provided on the check-in and then rooms where excellent and the stay was plesant. We also had a very good breakfast in the morning and had all good facilities and the ambiance was excellent. Thanks expedia for a wonderful hotel pick and Best Western for maintaining a wonderful place to stay. Sure to recommend this hotel for others.

“satisfactory accomadations”

hotel was conveniately located to route we took to downtown chicago. there are several quality restrurants nearby. the staff was freindly and helpful

“Best Western just OK”

Pool was closed. They were waiting for "parts". It was loud in the halls. The microwave and coffee maker didn't work. The bed was OK and the shower was great. The room had plenty of room and was clean. If you need a bed, shower and TV for a night, this was a good choice for a good price.

“Need Improvements !”

Lobby, Hallways, & Elevator all were warm to hot.... No air conditioning or not working. My room after 2 hours was not getting cool... air not working properly. Called front desk, very fast and helpful, switch me to a different room, and the air worked fine in that room. First room had broken head board, TV remote missing battery cover... replacement room only some of the channels on the TV worked. The staff all seemed friendly and helpful ! But I think this place is owned/managed by someone very cheap... because they claimed the place has be remodeled... But it looks like it still is need of lots more because either the remodeling was very cheaply done, or was not done. NOT impressed with the facility at all, Staff was great.

“DO NOT STAY HERE”

We choose this hotel based on an expedia review, however that person could not have been referring to this Best Western. There is no way that this hotel could be recommended to anyone! Althought the neighborhood is nice, this hotel is far from it. Every aspect was either disgusting or dangerous. We will not be staying in a Best Western ever again...the risk is too great. Our friends stayed at the Country Inn Suites just across the street...they loved it!!! Go there instead!!!
