“A nice, homey place”
The room I had was clean and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I felt like part of the family. The pool and exercise area were like new.

Nice rooms. Pool is small but nice. Large breakfast area. Friendly staff.
“Very Quiet & Comfortable”
Check in very smooth. Bed was sooooo comfy. Nice bathroom and shower. Used the pool facilities and was excellent. Whirlpool also very nice. Overall stay was top shelf. Very impressed.
“Comfortable Stay, but Smoke Smell in Room”
The hotel was conveniently located, check-in/out went smoothly, and our room was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the workout center was small, but functional. The main negative was that our room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable.
“Great until the choir started next door”
I was only there for one night, and everything was wonderful until about 9:30 am Sunday. My room was next to a conference room that was apparently being used for church services. I was woken up by VERY loud singing and various noises of jubilation. Not even the TV would drown it out. No way to complain about it...I'm not going to interrupt a gospel choir. Of course if I'd known that was coming, I would have requested another room when I checked in.
“Almost flawless”
Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Like the door separating the bedroom from the living space. Lobby was pleasant, helpful and professional desk personnel, PC and printer worked well for printing boarding passes. The only issue was the breakfast. There wasn't much food there, all of the eggs were gone, the biscuits & gravy was the only hot food left and not very good. They ran out of cranberry juice. The person tending the area didn't seem very excited about being there.

Our stay was nice. Easy to check in & out. Pool was a little small.

a vacuum nozzle into all of the corners would be great! Lots of road noise- that isn't fault of the hotel- but if you are looking for quiet you might want to look elsewhere.

Hotel staff was excellent. They were very helpful and always friendly. This hotel is a good choice for those needing to stay conveniently to Romeoville. It's clean and the breakfast is pretty good (since there are hot items served).
“Good location, excellent staff, nice rooms.”
Very nice hotel that I would stay at again but we missed having our room made up one day because the service came at 8:30 AM. We just weren't out of our room that early in the morning. Had to get clean towels from the front desks and beds were unmade when we returned late that night...not the end of the world but very disappointing.
