Turner Hotel is a good option for staying in Roma. Close to restaurants and a bus station front of the door.

This Hotel was as advertised. It’s lobby is newly decorated and very charming. The rooms were small but fine for a short stay. The shower was very small and could be upgraded. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend this Hotel for a short stay in Rome. Also, we walked the entire area and it felt safe and reasonably close to everything. I would stay again.

Area was near buses and supermarket. A walk away from Roma Termini. A couple of stops to rome center. Staff was friendly and tried to help. The minuses: TERRIBLE Wi-Fi. Water during showering would not go down even after they said they would check the problem. Ants in the room. No water kettle and even when we asked they couldn't find one. Only one outlet in the main room.You get what you pay for.

Really good location for a short trip in Rome. Despite what the map looks like, you can walk to St Peters from the hotel and make a day of it. Lovely restaurants nearby and an amazing ice cream shop up the street too. Because you're not in the main part of tourist Rome, you end up spending a little less on a glass of Aperol Spritz' which is of vital importance too. Hotel is clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast didn't have the most variety though. Room was lovely and suitable considering we were out for most of the day. Air con didn't work in our room though, but the staff did provide us a fan for our stay which did help a little bit.

Clean hotel with antique Roman interiors. There's 24*7 reception. You have the bus stop 'Porta Pia' at 2 mins waking distance.

Please read before booking ! The staff are very friendly and nice But their English is ok The room itself was outdated ! Ac didn’t work when I went to ask why can’t i make my room cold they didn’t give me an explanation The WiFi was so slow ! I didn’t get signal for nothing. They said just use the one that has a strong signal I had to open the window and mosquitos came into my room and bite me and my friend! On my last day I couldn’t sleep because the room was too hot and mosquito came into the room...

Nice hotel, very well located, clean and the staff was very helpful. The room could be a bit warmer, but still the covers were warm. Would recommend!!!

Nice little hotel
We have recently returned from Turner Hotel, after spending five nights there. It is classed as a four star hotel, due to the decor and lack of roof terrace I believe this needs to be reviewed In arrival we were greeted by Stephano who was very welcoming. Our room size was adequate for us, the bathroom did need updating however had a bath and a shower. I was a little concerning that I could hear buzzing from the light switches. The hotel serves a lovely breakfast, there are several options available. I found the mattress to be extremely hard, but Yasmina at reception went out of her way to get this changed for me The hotel is within easy access to all the sights we wanted to see, the bus is across the road. There are several restaurants within minutes of the hotel, they were perfect after a long day of walking I would return again

Away from the touristy area
Great location away from the touristy crowds! It’s near the Villa Borghese Park. The bus runs right by the hotel. Easier to get around the city by bus. The staff are nice. Good breakfast but not that elaborated.

Fantastic Stay
Fantastic stay at Hotel Turner Rome. The rooms and building are intriguing. The cleanliness was also 10/10. Only slight issue, no bar. However plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I understand that people can have bad experiences and that might be the reason for some of the bad reviews, but honestly this hotel is fantastic value.

This shouldn’t be a four star hotel. The advertised free breakfast was 7 euro per person and the room we had for three nights wasn’t cleaned once.

You should read your reservation to realize your breakfast was not included. We do cleaning service everyday, also later than usual time. You maybe did not leave the key at the reception so we did not disturb you in the morning. We can understand your complaints due not to us, anyway.

4 star hotel only outside inside -1 star
We booked 2 double 3 months in advance and we were give one big room and one tiny single room for 2 couples how can the hotel thinks it’s ok ?? We asked to change but apparently there’s nothing!!! We were really upset that’s our dearest friends had the tiny room and they refused to take ours as we care abt each other’s. Breakfast was disgusting rotten tomatoes bitter cucumbers dreadful on top we were harassed by a maid she keep barging in our room I was in my underwear and she still comes in after I told her not to!! Then early morning we were asleep n she came in when I say go my husband sleeping she still wouldn’t !!!!!!!! Jacopo at the reception was helpful.

Beautiful hotel in terrible condition
I don't know how this hotel can have a 4 star rating. The place is beautiful but extremely outdated. The staff do their best and the rooms are clean however almost everything is falling apart ....

Nice hotel in Rome
The hotel was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. Customer service was great. Room was beautiful and clean. There were few signs of an old hotel but this is the style we would like to have in Rome. The only down side was the internet being slow, but we were busy seeing the city so don't bother us.

Okay location but....
The hotel rooms are very tired and dated. Will have been a lovely place to stay in 1966 but in 2018 I would look elsewhere. The bed I had was two twins pushed together and I slept in the whole in the middle as it sloped towards it. The bathroom was silly with a shower I could barely squeeze in. Overall, don’t choose it as you can get much more for spending a few extra quid.

Disappointed
Not really up to scratch, staff were pleasant but the rooms were cramped and uncomfortable. The shower was far too small. I am a quite a small slim person and I struggled with the size of it. The breakfast was quite disappointing aswell wouldn’t reccommend.

Excellent Hotel, a bit far from the city center,
I was only for two nights in Rome. The hotel is special, rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and the bathroom included a jacuzzi. What else could I ask for? The reception clerks were very helpful, and breakfast was rich.

Its a 4 star hotel with smallest room i have ever seen in Europe. We had a baby and the bed we requested for double bed and they had given twin beds with space between them . Even after a lot of requests , first night we didnt get the crib . They had enough free rooms but they didn't care about guests. 2nd & 3rd day , they behaved nicely but after a long fight on first day . Not worth the money.

hotel close by public transport @ reasonable price
The stay , staff and facilities were good enough for the price attached. Ensuite toilet and shower needs refurbishement. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is really nice with lot of options available.

I'd stay here again.
Pretty good. Bathroom was just really really small and it's a little bit of a walk from the center, but it was still great. People were friendly and they serve a pretty good breakfast in the morning.

It is a OK hotel . but to be honest i wouldnt rate it as a 4 star hotel . the main entrance wasnt working . its under going alot of works that have been on going for a while i think . the jacuzzi shower in our room didnt work and was actually broken door wise . breakfast was ok . but nothing special . no real option for anything hot apart from scrambled egg for some reason and toast . it is a nice hotel dont get me wrong . but i wouldnt put it at a 4 star hotel . i would put it at a 3 star . its ok for a cheap weekend break but i wouldnt be paying over 60 pound a room for a night . we had a standard double room and it was 100 pound a night basically. would i stay their again proberbly not tbh .
