THE FIRST Hotel has 29 elegant and welcoming rooms, divided into 6 Standard rooms, 23 Suites between the Junior Suites, Art Suites, The First Suites and Jacuzzi Suites. The rooms are completely soundproof to ensure a quiet stay in the historic centre of Rome. With permanent and temporary exhibitions from various artists, each room becomes a small private art gallery, “yours” for a few days.The Junior suites around 37 square metres while the Art Suites are from 42 to 48 square meters, The First Suites around 56 square meters and the Jacuzzi Suites are provided with a Jacuzzi pool on the private terrace for relaxing in front of the landscape of the Eternal City. All the rooms have a 42” LED satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, and an iPad docking station.THE FIRST Hotel also provides an exclusive bar service on the panoramic rooftop garden with a selection of fine wines and spirits.

“Can't wait to go back”
Very good hotel.
“Exceeded expectations”
We could not fault the hotel or its staff. The hotel is conveniently situated to access all major attractions on foot. The Metro transport system is also close by and easy to navigate. Hotel rooms are fitted to a very high standard. Staff were very polite and helpful. We will certainly stay here again when we next visit Rome.
“Best Ever”
Have stayed at top tier hotels around the world and this tops them all. We were only in Rome for two days and showed up with no plans. The concierge planned out a two day itinerary, bought advance tiks for collesium and Vatican and attended to our every need, including restaurant reservations. Only going for boutique hotels from now on. Very chic and trendy without making anybody feel out of place.
“The first hotel in every sense”
The First hotel is the most beautiful hotel that I have ever stayed. When you walk in into, you feel that the atmosphere is warm and trendy. All around the building, there are Art Pictures and sculptures of contemporary artists. The restaurant is fabulous, with novel cuisine and decorative plate. I stayed in a Suite with a view on Piazza del Popolo, the room was brand new, with an hydro massage pool on the balcony, it was a dream, staying with my wife. in a warm water Jacuzzi pool under the sky of Rome... The mattress very confortable, and very exclusive linen and amenities. The staff takes care of all your request, and you have a personal concierge for all your staying. I really will stay again in this hotel, the higher level class in Rome.

“Simply the best!”
I am very happy to give The First Hotel my very own 5 star rating. My husband and I both were extremely pleased with all aspects of the hotel amenities, the central but quiet location and most of all the attentive and well trained staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and helped in every way to make our stay so enjoyable. The room was an oasis from our busy sightseeing days equipped with all the creature comforts. Room service was unbelievably prompt and housekeeping exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful offering great suggestions for area restaurants, local knowledge about the best places to shop and assisting with restaurant and ticket reservations. I would wholeheartedly recommend this fine hotel.
“Great location, friendly staff, what more could you want??”
Being in Rome for just 1 day, 1 other time, I was really excited to spend a few days checking out the city and staying in a nice hotel. I was blown away by the First Hotel with the ultra sleek check in process involving just an ipad and a tour. Rome is pretty crowded, so the location of the hotel was perfect in that it was located on a nice quiet street with cute shops out of the vicinity of the crazy sites but within walking distance to all the crazy sites and everything else. After long days walking around and seeing the sites/visiting museums, coming back to the hotel was a nice sanctuary. I think aside from the comfortable room, amazing roof bar, and overall aesthetics of the hotel, what really stood out was the staff. Meriem was outstanding and checked us in and made sure our stay throughout our time at the hotel was wonderful. She was probably the nicest person we met in all of Rome and just went above and beyond! She's a prime example of what hospitality means. Barbara, another outstanding employee of the hotel, helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations and also went above and beyond to accommodate us. Overall, the people at the hotel made the stay extra special especially since our experience everywhere else with service/hospitality was sub par. This hotel is an excellent value for the money and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome.
“Caring staff, comfortable hotel”
My wife was not too well on our arrival in Rome. The staff at this hotel could not have been more caring or helpful. They asked about her welfare every day, and were most happy that she had recovered by the end of our stay. The hotel is very well situated, close the the Spanish Steps in the heart of Rome. It is easy to visit the main tourist areas either by metro, bus or taxi. The rooms were very clean, modern and the beds large and comfortable. My lasting impression though is the warmth of the staff, their generosity and genuine interest in making our stay as comfortable as possible. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for your visit to Rome.
