Logement très propre, agréable et bien équipé. L'équipe sonder et disponible via WhatsApp, celle-ci est réactive et vous répond au moindre problème. Le logement est bien situé, 2 min à pied de la basilique St Pierre, arrêt de bus et plusieurs restaurant.

À 2 pas de la basilique saint Pierre, l appart est spacieux et décoré sobrement avec goût. Malheureusement aucun personnel, la tv ne fonctionnait pas, les lits un peu durs et la consigne proposée par sonder pour nos bagages le dernier jour était à plus de 1km, nous avons donc opté pour celle de la gare de termini ( depart du train pour l aéroport)

Bien situé, à 500 mètres de la place St-Pierre. Petit resto à deux pas tenu par Tony, qui parle français, très sympathique!!

Appartement situé dans un immeuble ancien, dans une cour intérieure au calme et clair grâce à une pièce principale de grand volume. Situation de l'appartement également au calme à 2 pas de la place Saint Pierre, à proximité d'arrêts de bus dont le 64 permettant de se déplacer très facilement dans les différents quartiers de Rome ainsi que d'une station de taxi. Pour faire des provisions, supérette plus loin dans le boulevard à 10 min ; quelques cafés et pizzerias dont pizza zizza. Séjour très agréable ! Communication avec Sonder simple par mail et instructions claires pour check-in/check-out

Radiators not working & airconditioning units were ripped off wall. No housekeeping provided, not issue however as towel rail didnt work towels remained wet, with no clean towels supplied. Fire extinguisher was not in designated area & had no tags on it. No flexibility on early check in, they did let us leave our bags in room but no place to put them once we checked out.

During spring time the smell of flowers is amazing Very quiet please at night, 1 block away from the Plaza San Pedro, restaurants and small convinces stores across the street. Safe and clean.

The property was well furnished and clean and it is near major tourist attractions, but the walls were incredibly thin. I do not recommend if you're a light sleeper. There was also someone smoking in the building that could be smelled in our rooms.

It was a great location for both walking and local bus. Communication was great! It did not have a dish washer however, which we did not know in advance.

This 2-bedroom unit was a very short walk to St Peter's Square and the Vatican. Very short. So it was perfect. Across the street was a small grocery store where we got snacks. A laundry shop was next door (not like a US laundry where you do your own but got the job done). A taxi stand was a few stores down the street. Perfect for catching a ride to major attractions. The downside of our stay was no AC in the main area the first night and very hard, uncomfortable mattresses. I love a firm mattress but these were HARD. No fault of Sonder but we were without power and AC over one night and it was miserably hot. They did promise a 100E refund. So it's a great unit with two bedrooms, a nice clean bathroom, small kitchen and sleeping for 6.

Walls were thin so neighbors were too loud. Got my phone lifted on the bud in the Terri blocks from in front of the property to the corner. The facility was good otherwise and the communications were solid.

Foi uma experiência incrível. A localização é excelente. Apenas há alguns passos do Vaticano, com comercio local e transporte publico na porta. A única sinalização seria sobre o tamanho do box do chuveiro. Extremamente pequeno, que nos obrigava a esbarrar no misturador de agua varias vezes durante o banho e por muitas vezes quase sendo queimados pela agua quente. O banheiro era grande e poderiam ter o cuidado de pensar nesse detalhe. De resto foi tudo perfeito

Avoid this property
I normally like to write reviews pointing people toward properties of good quality offering positive experiences. Can't do that this time. I cannot recommend this property under any circumstances. The only positive thing I can say is that it was very clean when we took possession. (No further cleanings or linen changes in our 6-day stay.) Check-in was really difficult. Instructions were incomprehensible. Not written in correct English. (Italian would have been fine for me.) Guests are referred to instructional videos for entrance that do not work. The vibe when I called the office for help was definitely of the "you're a stupid old guy" variety. Took several calls before we got in. The property is in poor condition. See photos below for examples. Bathroom especially bad, as was a small room, probably a bedroom in initial floorplan. No A/C for that second room or bathroom. Window in second room unusable. Opened onto A/C compressors throwing out heat. Towel bars falling off walls in bathroom. Door handle not attached. Risk of locking ourselves out of the second room that had the closets in it. That room had a very large, low-hanging light fixture that I hit my head on numerous times. TV only had three channels. Not even the Italian state TV channels, much less any sort of cable news. I could go on... Bottom line is that I saw a very exploitative business model. Owners of units want to maximize profits with little or no attention to the property. Sonder mgmt adds no value.

Supposed window in second room. Has to be shit because A/C compressors are throwing off heat. No A/C in this room.
Micro shower. No room if you have shoulders.
Hit my head on this light fixture so many times.
