Great Clean Spot and Great Location
Wonderful location, close to the train, coliseum and in a great neighborhood. Very clean, great space and great price. We would definitely stay here again :-)

Nice apartment, lovely staff, good location!
Apartment was a good size and in a very good location. Room was comfy however could have done with an extra pillow. Staff were lovely- gave us tips for sightseeing. Breakfast was ok, simple and adiquate (staff gave us extra one day because other customers didn't want any breakfast)

Maximum 10 minutes walk from train station Termini or 2 from a metro station. Don't look for a hotel sign outside there's isn't one; just ring the bell. Friendly staff and helpfull staff but not always behind the desk. The room is clean and confortable. The breakfast is served directly in the room. 10 minutes walk to Colloseum. I really likes the location!

Difficult to find the room (hotel)
The bathroom has no glass. It is difficult to find room and reception. The reception is on the fourth floor and you have to find by yourself. The room is ok but no air conditioner. It is very hot at this moment in Italy. Better find another one. A true hotel.

Horrible hotel !!!!
One of the worst hotel we have stayed at. I would not ever stay there again. Room was bad ,it was very small I could have slept on the floor and it would have been softer. The pictures on their web site is from not the place we stayed in. We booked two rooms, as a family group. They gave us two rooms in different buildings, we could not communicate, there were no phones and you had to buzz the buildings to get someone to let you in, we were told not to because no one was not there all the time. We were on opposite sides of a huge courtyard. Safe did not work. Luggage in our room when we got there from previous person. Indian gentlemen who took us to our room was the rudest ! Barely got any sleep because people were buzzing until the wee hours to get someone to let them in. A women we meet was complaining because it was no noisy she never got to sleep until 7 AM that day. We had to take a taxi to the airport . As you will see below they say they have transportation to the airport, they Do Not. There are no public areas. I copied the following from their web site. Property Features. For a surcharge, guests receive transportation including a roundtrip airport shuttle at scheduled times and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.

Good location and good room.
The location is great, right near the Coliseum. The breakfast is simple but good. The room is large, comfortable and clean. The two responsible for the B & B were very attentive and polite. We just had a problem with the water heater in one day and we hadn't hot water. As was no one in the reception throughout the day, we hadn't anyone to talk to. They left two contact numbers, but we weren't able to talk to them.

Nice B&B
We stayed there just one night, but the staff was very kind to us; keep our luggages and help many things. And the breakfast was also not bad. And it took only 15min walk from Termini station. But the only disadvantage was wifi of the hostel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
DO NOT STAY HERE!! Arrived after an hour and a half of trying to find it and when we got there, no one answered the door nor did they answer any of the phone calls on either number provided. Then kept the money that we had paid for the room even though we never stayed there or stepped foot inside!! Very rude staff when we did get ahold of them to try to get our money back. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR ACCOMODATION.

Near Colloseum
Just a small walk away from Colloseum it was just what I needed with a family tour . Since Rome is much smaller everything else becomes walkable from Colloseum . The B&B hotel was nice and clean , may be a bit expensive for the packed breakfast they serve but hey I went in Sept when it was a major business season

Credit card machine always broken
The credit card machine was broken which I had read about in reviews. The lady at the front desk claimed it would be fixed the next day, but looking from the reviews, its always broken. Therefore, I had to pay cash in Euros and pay way more than I would have if it was credit card.

Close to the colloseum
We found the 10 min walk to the Colloseum very easy (it's pretty much one road) and the nearby metro station means that you can get around Rome very easily.

Good location but not a hotel
It is difficult to call it a hotel. It was a apartment converted into bed and breakfast 'hotel'. The 'breakfast' consisted of only cold items and no fruits, cheese was available. However, the room was clean and the location was close to the point from where hop on hop off buses could be easily boarded. If one reaches late in the evening, it is a challenge to locate the place as well.

Sole e Luna Bed & Breakfast
The check-in was a bit of a challenge since it was four floors up, and the rooms weren't fancy, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was good with a bus stop out front, shops nearby, and the Coliseum just a 15-minute walk away. They allowed us to store our luggage in a side room also after we checked out while we spent the day sightseeing prior to our evening departure.

Where are you taking me?
When we arrived, the man at the front desk took us out of the complex because "there wasn't enough room", to one across the street and when we walked in, two men are standing in the kitchen arguing. Then one of them showed us our room which, albeit, was clean and had a nice view, but it was also literally a room in a strange man's house. I'm a young girl and I was travelling with my roommate who is also a young girl. We didn't feel comfortable staying in this man's house especially since he slept behind a curtain above the kitchenette. The small bathroom was also the bathroom that he clearly used on a daily basis. This situation was not on the website AT ALL. We didn't think this was a very fair accommodation and they weren't very forthcoming about the reason for moving us across the street. When we voiced our concerns to another employee of the hotel, she told us that this is normal for Europe and we're probably just confused because we aren't European. She eventually gave us a better room on another day. This room was world's better. So as far as advice-- don't let them take you across the street. Things are bound to get weird. Also, just pay a bit extra to get the room with the private bathroom. It was more than worth it for us to feel safe-- even though we think we got a little gypped. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location and the area in general feels safe-- only 10 minutes walk from the colosseum.

Adult family trip to Roma
All five adults enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The address is correct, but you must look at the door bell descriptions to determine that you are in the right place. We had two adults in one room, and three in the second room. Our second room was upgraded at no additional cost so that the four of us could have rooms near one another. We were served breakfast in bed each morning, and enjoyed this welcome into Italy as we began a three week trip from Roma.

Live like a resident in Rome!
When we first arrived I thought we'd been scammed because it is a condominium building. However, there is a buzzer marked with the hotel name and after ringing it they will buzz you in. You get a key to the front door and pretty much get to live like a resident while you're there. Rome is a walking city and this hotel has perfect location to do so. It is a short distance from the metro, Termini station and the Coliseum. We walked to all of the monuments and had a great stay. The breakfast is one bread option and one cup of coffee or tea, but that was fine for us. Great hotel, great staff, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, not too fancy, perfect for tourists, 10-15 minutes away from the coliseum, the staff know the area very well, ask them about places to go, and places to eat, they are very friendly, and airways willing to help.

Positives: very friendly and helpful reception (and great recommendations on restaurant and public transit), location near the Forum Romanum/Colosseum/metro, clean, free fast wifi, water cooler. Negative: breakfast only at 8:30 or 10:00 and you only get a limited quantity of food, though sufficient for most people. Coffee addicts beware: only _one_ cup of coffee. Warning: TV is located at head-busting height for moderately tall people. Overall: well pleased. Recommended.

The location was not bad but it is in an apartment building that is not well marked and was hard to find initially. It was an easy walk to the colleseum in one direction and the train terminal in the other direction. The bathroom was shared by two other rooms. The rooms were clean, but the bedding and towels were not frequently changed. It was relatively quiet. There was WIFI but other amenities were not generous. Breakfast was a small cup of coffee, croisant in a plastic wrapper and yogurt delivered to the room between 8:30 and 10:30 (other selections were were availble but similar in nature). Rome is not cheap but this place was affordable.

Ideally situated for sight-seeing being only 10 minutes walk from Colliseum and Hop on/Hop off bus stop for visiting other parts of city/monuments. Room clean and comfortable but basic - a kettle and some mugs would have been very welcome. Shared bathroom clean and adequate. TV did not work. Staff member polite and friendly. (Breakfast not as expected - croissants in a packet and hot drinks not too hot). Overall though, good value for money for city centre location.

Our stay in Rome
Me and my 3 friends stayed in Rome as one of the stops in our tour of Europe. The room was clean, well maintained and in a brilliant location, not too far away from the Metro and the Colosseum. The staff weren't too friendly, but polite nonetheless. I would recommend this hotel to others, but don't be fooled by the complementary breakfast: the croissants were in a packet, not fresh. All in all, a good choice of hotel.

Cheap and clean... that's about it.
This is not an entirely bad place to stay; with Rome being very expensive I must say : PROS: this hotel had a great location, very close to the Colosseum and the neighbourhood seemed safe enough at night and is certainly a good neighbourhood during the day. Everything was very clean and perfectly acceptable. The young staff are not overly helpful but they are not rude either. CONS: the street is very busy and the double glazed windows do lots to take the noise away but it is still somewhat there until quite late at night then starts up early in the morning. The pillows are so flat they may as well not be there so if you are particular about your pillows you will have to bring your own, again not a big deal if you know ahead of time, the bed itself was quite comfortable. The breakfast is terrible, it shouldn't really be allowed to call itself a bed and breakfast, should just be a bed. You get a drink and a plastic - packaged croissant, similar to what you would buy at a 7-11. Again though, for the price of the hotel you can shell out and go buy yourself a real breakfast.

ในส่วนตัวถ้าเป็นคนไทยจะมาเที่ยวที่นี่ถ้าเน้นเรื่องของการใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเช่นน้ำพุเทวี หรือ โคลอสเซียม และที่อื่นๆก็ค่อนข้างสามารถเดินไปได้โดยใช้เวลาประมาณไม่เกิน 15 นาทีครับ แต่อาหารการกินแถวนี้ส่วนใหญ่ จะเป็นอาหารอิตาลีหรืออย่างดีก็ เป็นของร้านจากศรีลังกา ที่สำคัญ ลักษณะของที่พักเป็นแบบต้องดูแลตนเอง มีกุญแจอยู่หลายดอก จะเข้าที่พักได้ค่อนข้างลำบาก แม้กระทั่งตอนเช็คเอาท์ ต้องวางแผนดีๆ ถ้าคนไทยไม่คุ้นเคยอาจจะไม่ประทับใจตรงจุดนี้ได้พอสมควร แต่มีจุดดีคือ อาหารเช้า ที่ก็ต้องบริการตนเอง แต่จะว่า อาหารเช้าก็ไม่เชิงเพราะเขามีบริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงเราหิวเมื่อไหร่ก็มา ใช้บริการตรงจุดนี้ได้ อยู่ในที่พักครับ ช่วงแรกๆยังปรับตัวไม่ได้อึดอัดพอสมควรกับรูปแบบที่พักแบบนี้แต่อยู่ไปอยู่มาสักสองสามวันก็เริ่มชินและปรับตัวได้ครับ

Expedia hat dieses B&B mit kontinentalem Frühstück angeboten. Tatsächlich gab es nur ein italienischen Frühstück. WC-Spülung defekt. Wasserkasten läuft von selbst leer. Kaffeeautomat von 06.00 bis 10.00 Uhr in Betrieb. Zeitweise fehlt Milch, so daß die angebotenen Getränke wie Cappuchino und Kakao nicht bezogen werden können.

Nettes Personal mit tollen Tipps rund um die Stadt wie Restaurants... Jedoch: Wir waren im März da und leider war das Zimmer sehr kalt, auch die Dusche hat nicht zuverlässig warmes Wasser geliefert, weshalb man immer warten musste,nachdem jemand duschen war. Als Bettdecke gab es nur ein Laken,wir mussten ständig frieren. Das Frühstück ist mager. Es gab drei kleine Zwieback Scheiben mit etwas Marmelade und muss Nougat Creme. Dazu etwas Kuchen. Wir aßen Frühstück woanders, da es zu wenig war. Die Lage ist gut,nah am Kolloseum und an Metro- und Bus Stationen.

Расположение отличное! Персонал дружелюбный! Отель на 4 этаже, занимает 2 квартиры, имеет 5 номеров. Номера скромные. Душевая кабина в санузле не подойдет для полных людей! Звукоизоляция средняя, бывает и хуже! WiFi хороший. Завтрак скромный. Отель подойдет для тех кто гуляет по городу, а не сидит в отеле. В данном нашем случае совпали задачи с ценой и качеством, поэтому оценка - 4!
