Lits séparés, télévision minuscule, personnel froid, douche pas terrible. La chambre donne sur une avenue bruyante (beaucoup de circulation), Wifi uniquement dans l'entrée de l'hotel...

Idéal pour 1 nuit - Proche de la gare Termini
L'avantage de cet hôtel est sa proximité de la gare Termini. Cependant, nous avons été déçu par son aspect général. Tout d'abord, une fois arrivés à Soggiorno Sunny, on nous apprends que notre chambre est située un peu plus loin dans un autre batîment (5 minutes à pied, hôtel appelé Soggiorno Sun). Pas de soucis la personne de l'accueil nous y accompagne. Nous avons été déçu de découvrir un bâtiment assez vétuste. Notre chambre donnais sur une toute petite cour et nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre à cause d'une odeur très désagréable qui s'en dégageait. Cependant, nous avions la clim pour "aérer" et refroidir un peu cette petite pièce assez sombre. Nous avons eu une chambre double mais avec deux lits jumeaux collés. Pour la propreté je pense que cela reste convenable dans le sens où nous n'avons pas vu de saleté apparente. Enfin, il faut quitter les lieux vers 10h/11h max et l'avantage c'est qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de repasser par l'accueil pour déposer les clés. Pour résumer je dirais que cet hôtel est convenable pour passer une nuit ou deux. En revanche il ne faut pas s'attendre à quelque chose de sympa.

Nagyon tudom ajánlani! Giulia nagyon kedves nő és jól beszél angolul, bátran lehet hozzáfordulni segítségért! A szobát minden nap takarítják és friss, tiszta törölközőt is adnak minden 2. napon. Romantikus kis erkélyes szobánk volt, kilátással a Termini felé. Ár- értékarányban a helyezkedéséből adódóan tökéletes. Meleg szívvel ajánlom!

This is more of a rooms rental than a hotel stay. That being said Giulia is very nice and welcoming and tries her best to make your stay comfortable. Check in was simple, and so was finding the hotel. It is really close the Roma Termini (the train station) but that also means it’s kinda sketchy at night. I honestly would probably not stay here again but if you’re on a really tight budget (and I mean really tight) it’s an option.

Excellent facility, very friendly staff. Room is on 5 floor, but still a little noisy from the intersection traffic bellow especially before midnight.

ホテルまでのエレベーターのドアが手動で新鮮だった。ホテルはとても清潔感があって過ごしやすい。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ケトルは共有スペースにある。共有スペースにはグラス、スプーンなどの食器と水、お菓子も少し置いてある。私の部屋にはベランダがあって、ホテルは大通りに面している。ベッドはツインでクローゼットも広く、部屋は収納スペースが多かったので特に不便に感じた点はなかった。あえて言うならドライヤーの風力が弱かったことと、もう少しハンガーが欲しかった。

È inaccettabile!!!
Purtroppo non mi è possibile dare un giudizio alle camere ed ora vi spiego il motivo. Sono partito da venezia, con la mia ragazza, per andare a Roma una sola notte per motivi di lavoro e quando siamo arrivati al complesso dove c’erano i vari hotel abbiamo più volte suonato il cotofono e nessuno ci rispondeva (tutto ciò avveniva sotto un vero e proprio diluvio). Ho provato a contattare telefonicamente ma rispondeva sempre la segreteria. A questo punto, vedendo anche visivamente provata la mia ragazza da un lungo viaggio e il tempaccio, decido di farmi aprire da un hotel nello stesso complesso credendo che facesse parte comunque dello stesso gruppo ( hotel Erika). Dopo aver parlato con la reception dell’Erika andiamo alla palazzina del Sunny. Restiamo altri 10 min. ad attendere e successivamente viene la responsabile dicendo, con nostra grandissima sorpresa che non aveva registrato la camera e che era pieno, ma che avrebbe chiesto all’hotel vicino (Erika) se avesse qualche camera. Fortunatamente si. Non so come sono le camere del Sunny ma sicuramente non ci tornerò!!!

Convenient and safe
The hotel is located in a secure little courtyard area located conveniently to the train station. The check in process was smooth and quick. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would stay here again in the future.

クラシカルな感じだがスタッフの方は良かった
昔の造りをそのままに、多少ホテル風に改装した感じ。クラシカルな雰囲気で悪くわないですが、エントランスの扉が開きづらかったり、エレベーターが独特なので使い方がわからない観光客も多いかも。 日本が良すぎるのかもしれませんが、部屋のアメニティは少なめなので、スリッパや歯ブラシなど基本持参が必須です。 スタッフの方は気遣いが感じられる良い方でした。水やコーヒーなども無料で飲めて、外にわざわざ買いに行かなくてよかったので助かりました。 ローマの宿もわりと高いので、また訪れる機会があれば利用したいです。

Perfect for a few days
The service was exceptional. Giulia was communicating with us few days prior to the stay. She was very helpful, friendly and nice. The location was very good 20 -30 min walking distance from the center for the city. Besides is in front of the Avenue the noise doesn't bother at night, but we had the room in front of the front desk and you hear when people comes in and out. The room was clean, of course not a 5 star room, but perfect just for sleep. we enjoy it.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time and posting a review. I just would like to clarify that we never call our property hotel as indeed we are not. We are called "guest house", It clearly says that on the website you used to make a reservation.

Nice Hotel
Very big comfortable rooms. Very clean. There is a lift as rooms are on the 4th floor. Guila, the receptionist is lovely, friendly and helpful. Anything we asked was answered. There is a fridge in reception where you can store any items to keep fresh. Tea/ coffee making facilities too and cold water. Simple breakfast served in room every morning to set you on your way.

Good value for money
The hotel is very basic, but good value for money. Located on the 4th floor of an apartment building, luckily with elevator. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The hotel is located near Termini station, which is very convenient, but unfortunately it's on the north side where you are further away from the main tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. I booked the hotel through Hotel.com and searched for a room for 2 adults and 2 children. Apparantly this bookingsite doesn't take the number of people and number of beds into account, because we ended up with a room with 3 single beds instead of 4 (or 1 double/queen en 2 singles). Luckily we needed the room only 1 night and the kids are small and could share 1 bed, as the hotel doesn't have rooms for 4 people.

The hotel is situated close to Termini station so the area is not bad at all, you can take metro to everywhere from Termini. The building is old with an amazing patio so it makes a real impression when you enter. The furniture is old and all but the room and bathroom was very clean. The lift wasn't working on the ground floor so we had to get in and get off on the first floor each time. The internet only works in the reception area so keep that in mind. All in all, recommended.
