This is more of a rooms rental than a hotel stay. That being said Giulia is very nice and welcoming and tries her best to make your stay comfortable. Check in was simple, and so was finding the hotel. It is really close the Roma Termini (the train station) but that also means it’s kinda sketchy at night. I honestly would probably not stay here again but if you’re on a really tight budget (and I mean really tight) it’s an option.
The hotel is located in a secure little courtyard area located conveniently to the train station. The check in process was smooth and quick. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would stay here again in the future.
The service was exceptional. Giulia was communicating with us few days prior to the stay. She was very helpful, friendly and nice. The location was very good 20 -30 min walking distance from the center for the city. Besides is in front of the Avenue the noise doesn't bother at night, but we had the room in front of the front desk and you hear when people comes in and out. The room was clean, of course not a 5 star room, but perfect just for sleep. we enjoy it.

I would not call this place a hotel. It is more of a room rental.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking time and posting a review.
I just would like to clarify that we never call our property hotel as indeed we are not. We are called "guest house", It clearly says that on the website you used to make a reservation.
Very big comfortable rooms. Very clean. There is a lift as rooms are on the 4th floor. Guila, the receptionist is lovely, friendly and helpful. Anything we asked was answered. There is a fridge in reception where you can store any items to keep fresh. Tea/ coffee making facilities too and cold water. Simple breakfast served in room every morning to set you on your way.
Very helpful receptionist, spoke good English. We were able to leave our cases on the last day, which gave us an extra morning to explore.
The directions from google maps weren't too hot as they took you off on a big dog leg, when in fact if you come out of the via marghera entrance you just cross and go straight down that road to the end, turn right and its on the other opposite side of the road next to a petrol station. You have to press the buzzer for entry, through arch turn right and 1st stairway on right buzz again reception is on 4th floor, sounds a bit wired but this seems quite common in Rome

Hotel In Rome Central
Hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from Termini station and very close to a range of good restaurants. Clean and comfy. Has a tiny lift but at least it had one for the baggage days. We had to check in at Sunny then go to another location but were escorted by staff. Cost reasonable
I had to pay again and walk 3 blocs to change places because our room was in another building. My towel was dirty. No phone, air condition broken.

handy location
Hotel is located inside a gated compound and looks secure. Accommodation is clean but the TV system is a bit of an antique. No breakfast provided. No wi Fi.

Find a better place
Run by teenager who didn't know much and could only say "termini" in response to questions. Elevator broke down and didn't work. One broken hair dryer for all rooms. Room was OK and seemed clean. It could be a nice place if run properly and the elevator worked but they didn't care about guests or equipment.
Ár- értékarányban a helyezkedéséből adódóan tökéletes.
Stazione metro Castro Pretorio a 5 minuti a piedi.
