Overall acceptable
The staffs are pretty friendly and can communicate by with using English. However, the certain was not wide enough so there was big mess everytime after taking a shower.

Story of misunderstandings
My bad experience was not completely the fault of the 'hotel', nor completely mine. My flight was delayed, I had to go straight to a dinner engagement, and did not reach the hotel till midnight. There was no response to the bell, the land line or the mobile number displayed outside the door. It emerged that I should have called a different mobile number, which they had emailed, but which I could not access in the street at midnight. They made me pay anyway, blaming Expedia, who would insist on the payment. Would they?? I also had to pay the city tax for the night I wasn't there. I obviously will not return here, and no longer trust Expedia's reliability. The 'hotel' is an old and unmodernised apartment in a 19th c building in the San Lorenzo quarter, full of life and good restaurants, but certainly not chic. So one should expect what one gets. My room (second night only) had no ensuite bathroom, and though the bathroom was next door, I had to push past a family having breakfast in the corridor outside to get to it. One way and another, this place is clearly substandard, though for the price this is less surprising. But visitors need to be prepared!

Unfortunately the hotel is in a very seedy location. The walls between the room were so paper thin you'd think it was separated by a sheet. Very cramped quarters among the 5 rooms. Ludvico, the owner, was very sweet but I would not recommend anyone stay here

Keep Looking.
Location is pretty good, 15 minute walk from the Termini train station. Breakfast is coffee/cappuccino and a croissant, which seems standard around Rome. The one thing that really rubbed me the wrong way about this place was cleanliness. The second last day of my stay I left my towels on the floor, which is universal sign that they need to be cleaned and I need new ones. I came back to find that the same dirty towels were put back up. I could tell they were the same ones because they had the same make up splotches on them. I was just looking for a place to sleep. Nothing fancy, but if I'm forking out 65 euros a night I expect it to at least be cleaned up. I don't even want to think about whether or not they change the bed sheets regularly. They also didn't have toilet paper stocked when we checked into the room, and the wifi was extremely weak and constantly cut out. Seriously not impressed with this place.

Not a hotel, do not be misled
I was a very disappointed at finding out I had booked a B&B. I wanted to check out as fast as I checked in because the buzzer didn't work, the elevator was tiny and the B&B was just on 1 floor of a building comprising of so many other differently owned apartments in the same building. It was the early check in privilege, the nice attitude of the porter and his family and the neatness of the room and excellent wifi that made me have a change of heart. Things I didn't like about the place was no iron (so either you bring yours along or wear rumpled clothes), very poor breakfast, I don't drink coffee so all I got was hot water and 1 piece of packaged croissant (not fresh). room cleaning is from 10am-12noon or your room stays dirty for the whole day, tiny bathroom (if you are big, this is not the place for you), the porter would constantly knock on your door telling you to put off the lights in your bathroom. I found that very exasperating. No English channel, hot water was not that hot, no change of sheets or extra toiletries besides what you meet in the bathroom and finally, the room was quite small. What I loved about my stay was the porter and his family were nice to me and always willing to assist me within their abilities and the cleanliness of the room, restaurants and shops around and then proximity to train & bus station, (though not very near).

Beneficio enorme para tão pequeno custo.
Uma surpresa agradável......nosso voo atrasou na saída do aeroporto de gatwich, londres, atrasando nossa chegada ao local de hospedagem, eram quase 8 horas da noite e resolvi pegar um taxi do aeroporto de fumicino ate roma....nosso check in estava marcado para meio dia , san lorenzo rooms havia feito contato via msn solicitando previsao de hora de chegada entretanto como estavamos com problemas de atraso de voo, nao pude responder. Pegamos um taxi ate o local de hospedagem, o motorista não conhecia o local e nos largou na rua , dizendo que o endereço nao permitia aproximacao do carro, mentira simples má vontade. Ficamos um tanto desconfiados sobre a escolha do local de hospedagem....andamos cerca de 100 metros e encontramos o local.....toquei o interfone , atendeu-me a porta o dono do estabelecimento, nos dando as boas vindas, todo o receio de uma possivel má escolha veio agua abaixo. O sr. Ludovico era de uma educação e atenção extraordinárias....fizemos o check in e este nos levou ao quarto alugado por nós....limpíssimo, amplo, arejado, de frente pra rua com janelas novas com vidros a prova de som, banheiro amplo e completo, frigobar novo, ar condicionado spring e TV a cabo...enfim, tudo de bom e melhor para tornar nossa estadia na cidade eterna a melhor possível, mais uma coisa com direito a café da manhã.....nos entregou as chaves nos deixando muito bem a vontade. Esse eu recomendo, uma surpresa agradável.

테르미니역에서 걸어서 15-20분정도 걸리며 주변 식당에서 10-15% 할인을 받을 수 있습니다. 2명이서 지내기에 충분했고, 방이 조금 습해서 빨래하시면 안 마를 수도 있습니다. 친절하고 체크아웃 후 짐을 보관할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
