“Would Recommend to Friends”
Great Location! Good breakfast every morning was included. Mini Bar, Flat screen, hair dryer, safety box in room and free access to computer in lobby (very small lobby).When you leave the hotel everyday, you must leave your room key at the front desk, my husband did not like that policy. Staff at hotel was friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated but showers are very small, no elbow room when washing your hair. We were on the second floor and below our room was a cafe which had musicians playing guitar, accordion, violin, and singing. It was like we had our own personal serenade. The hotel is walking distance to Piazza Di Spagna (Spanish Steps), Pantheon, Fountain of Trevi, and hiking distance to Colosseum. The hotel provided us with a map of all the sights and answered any questions we had. Everything is walking distance, wear your walking shoes and be prepared to walk alot. Remember the streets are narrow and made of cobble stone. We did take a cab to the Vatican and took a guided tour , this allowed us to skip the long lines. Remember to carry a long wrap or scarf to cover your shoulders when going into the Vatican, churches, or Synagogues. We had an amazing time. Grazie Roma , Arrivederci
“Italian heaven”
Our second time in Rome and the hotel had aMlot to live upto in comparison with our previous vist. The hotel met and exceeded all our expectations, fantastic location to all attractions, very comfortable and quiet considering we were so close to Spanish Steps. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good english, thank goodness as our Italian is vey very limited. I would strongly recomend this hotel to anybody considering a hotel in the centre of Rome. Also make sure you book the transfer from the airport to the hotel as I would imagine this could prove very expensive.

“Perfect location.”
Perfect location! I absolutley loved this place, I go to Rome often and stayed in many places this has to be one of my top 3! I rarely stay at the same place twice but, this is one I will go back to. I had a single room, it was small but, hey its Europe... it had everything i needed, safe nice size closet, it even had a DVD player. Bathroom was tiny but, i don't spend much time in there anyway. Looks like they updated the WIFI one on each level worked GREAT. Breakfast was ok, the restaurant at night is delicious. Very close to the Metro and walking distance to most of the major sights.

We felt very at home, everybody was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our stay, in addition the hotel is very well located.

This hotel is in a great location a minute away from the Spanish Steps and near Via Condotti Street - a great shopping area. The lobby has a very boutique feel and is understated in a modern decor fashion. The hotel breakfast was included and was excellent. The upper floors of the hotel were undergoing construction while I was there so was noisy during the day, but once completed this hotel will be fantastic. I stayed in the single room. Had comfy bed, shower (no bathtub) and was very clean. The front desk staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Bell services also very good, even offering me a hotel unbrella on a day of rain. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there on future trips to Rome.

great location :- 100 yards from spanish steps easy walk to all the other sights:- Trevvi Fountain Pantheon Colloseum Easy to get bus to do tour , especially St Peters Square, Cistine Chapel Hotel clean and tidy, rooms nicely designed , layout good Friendly service Breakfast included was good Restaurant/Bar not lively or used, compared to other sites Easy location re:restaurants
