“A Dream Hotel.”
We were on our Honeymoon and this hotel was a dream come true . Our room was huge (by European standards) and overlooked all of Rome. The bed was California King Size with the finest linens. Our bathrom was all marble . Their brunch? Best in Rome. Period !!! Incredible variety served in a very elegant setting. The Spa was 5 star .Their huge gym had the latest state of the art exercise equipment . The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Sightseeing was very very easy. The hotel shuttle was very punctual and dropped you very near all major sites. When we come back to Rome, we will only stay here. Whether you are honeymooners or a family, this hotel is the best bar none !!!!
“Fabulous hotel”
Our stay here far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in to the front door, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The room decor was very upscale and we were glad we had decided to spend half of our vacation in Italy at this hotel. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the main city sites but the hotel has a complementary shuttle into town every hour and the view from our balcony of the city was worth the short ride on the shuttle. The only con was that the hotel only has an upscale restraunt; there are no "snacks" available. So the next day, we bough snacks in town so this was not a big issue. You will not be disappointed at this hotel, especially if you have a city view room! We are already planning our next visit to this hotel!
“Perfect place to stay”
Perfect place to stay when in Rome with a great view. Bus service was very convenient. Wonderful setting to come back so relaxing after a day of sight seeing. Food and service was perfect. Would stay their again.
“Wonderful hotel, but extremely expensive”
The Cavalieri is, undoubtedly, a five-star experience, and, as such, one expects to pay for the privilege. This was our third visit, but on this occasion, I felt that the cost of food in the hotel was absolutely extortionate, and the prices of items in the mini-bar were greedily excessive! One item could be purchased in the hotel shop for less than half of the mini-bar cost and a small bottle of soft drink was 9 euros! Consequently, I will think twice about staying there again; I have never minded paying for quality accommodation and service, but there is a limit, and the Cavalieri has gone beyond that now, in my opinion.
“un palace à Rom”
Très bel hôtel. Luxueux, personnel très attentif à nos moindres demandes, spécialement les personnes de l'Imperial Lounge qui étaient tous très sympathiques. La chambre est très bien équipée, les installations SPA sont aussi superbes. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr!!!
“excellent”
parfait
“16 euros for a dip and two cups of Cha”
The Caavieri is excellant but we were diappointed to find there was a charge of 16 euros to use the pool and also felt that 16 euros for a pot of hot water and two tea bags was very expensive
“Roma Cavalieri - momma mia!!!!!”
From the moment you drive onto the property till the moment you leave, youare overawed and impressed (if that last statement is even possible) by the Rome Cavalieri! Every second of our stay was memorable, our room impressive and the view from our room, yeah, the VIEW; Momma Mia!!! We were on the imperial floor with access to th Imperial Club and yeah, it was WELL worth the extra expense. what can I say that hasn't been said? The most impressive establishment of it's kind in Rome (or anywhere else for that matter) and well worth the price of admission! The staff from the doormen/bellmen, the maintenance crew, the barmen/waiters, concierge, the manager, heck EVERYBODY - even the pool attendants - were as professional and helpful as could be imagined! Loved it and oh yeah, we've changed our Christmas this year (and Easter next year) plans and guess where we're be staying? Simply the best time and place we've been: short of the Roman HEAT!!! If visiting in the summer, be aware of the HEAT!!
“Great view of city and quit place”
Hotel service and conditions are great. It is located on a hill so city veiw ( behind Vatican´s San Peter´s Church) is great. Still, it is on a city neighborhood, You must take a taxi to any interesting site of city, and it is also confusing how to get in this hotel adress, so in case You rent a car it is quit dificult to learn the way back to hotel. Still, it is just 10 minutes by taxi from Vatican and 15 from downtown.
“What a Surprise”
Great Hotel, Sadly wonly stayed in Rome for 1 Night. We got upgraded to a Suite. Decor and everything about this hotel is top notch. Only few complaints of this hotel would be the Non shuttle pickup in their defense most hotels in Italy don't provide it but to and from Airport figure abou 100Euros for roundtrip also the fees to use the pool and indoor pool and equipment. However Great hotel freindly staff, and Great Expierence!!!!
