"Wonderful host, beautiful room!"
Paoulo was an awesome host, he gave great advice and was so totally helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom was extra special with a shower head that lit up and the biggest sink I've ever seen. We came and went as we pleased and breakfast was a good time in the morning. I would recommend having a few more healthy items on the breakfast menu as it was alot of sweets. The only other disappointing thing was the air conditioner not being on. I understand it was the beginning of the season and it had not been turned on yet but after walking all day in 80-90 degree weather it would have been a nice relief to come back to. Thank you again for everything Paoulo, you have a beautiful place!! All the tips you give were awesome!

"Luxury but a little used"
Location of Navona Suite is great! 2 minutes walk to Pantenon. All major tourist places in a walking distance. Out room was overlooking Piazza Navona. The room is comfortable. Interior is nice modern design. The linen is very good quality (sheets and towels). Almost as is shown on web. Yet… it is a little used which is visible especially on a white floor and in a bathroom. Room has large windows with shutters (when is windy is hard to keep them open). There are standard room facilities. Bathroom is relatively small. Shower is comfortable but the rest of the bathroom is too small. Service is good, it could be very good but when we check out they did not mention that there is strike and no bus and subway is in service.

"Fantastic hotel in the heart of Rome"
We were most impressed with our Suite Sistina‏ experience. A week before our trip we were greeted with an email to request our preferred room temperature and music choice. Although not the most spectacular exterior nor grandest lobby on first impression and actually some very questionable decor, our room itself was finished to a high standard and fitted with impressive facilities (jet bathtub being top of the list). The inclusive breakfast buffet definitely surpassed our expectations with a large menu to choose from and delivered to our room at a time of our choosing each morning (orders occasionally incorrect but quickly rectified by the waitress). In addition the complementary minibar (restocked daily) was a nice bonus. There were no problems checking in or out and our room was well cleaned and tidied each morning / afternoon as you would expect from any decent hotel. The only practical criticism to make is the lack of an elevator. The spiral staircase, although aesthetically pleasing, is not nice to climb after a long days walk.

"Great place to stay in a central location"
You feel like a resident of Rome with your own front door key into this fantastic property. Well appointed with everything you could need for your stay. If you're looking for something different to the bog standard hotel then this is the place for you. The front desk is not manned 24/7 like in hotels, you're left to your own devices, however on arrival you're told everything you need. We had the most detailed walk through our room that I have experienced in any hotel. Again all this adds to the charm and individuality of the place.

"Bijou quirky room ideal for exploring Rome."
Had a lovely stay in room 29. Found it very easily after getting off plane, short train journey then 10 minute walk. We were welcomed by Elena who gave us local information on places to eat. Room very bijou and sweet in decor, looking out onto a courtyard seven floors high. Tea making facilities and small fridge were useful. Very close to the Metro so easy access to all main attractions, though we chose to walk, first to the Colliseum which took about 20 minutes, then onto Pantheon, taking in the Piazza Navone and the Trevi Fountain, stopping off for refreshments on the way. Although tiring and very hot it was a very enjoyable way of seeing Romes streets and history and very do-able if you like walking. Would thoroughly recommend Room29 for a unique stay in Rome.

"Rome hotel"
Generally OK stay. Temperature control in the room was impossible. The thermostat was set at 16C and the room temperature was 24C making it uncomfortable. Staff screwed up my airport taxi request and the 1st one could not accommodate my needs.

"Beautiful"
This is the most beautiful places I've stayed at, and the staff was very friendly. Book this place for the weekend and you'll not regret it. The place is seriously beautiful, and inexpensive as well. There are a few things you should be aware of though. It's in the middle of nowhere, and you can't walk anywhere. There are only 2 restaurants available for example. There's a shuttle bus that will take you into Rome for 10 Euros a head, but without your own vehicle you're stuck there, and with your own vehicle you'll have to brave the Italian roads for the 45 minute trip to Rome. The showers are small. We had 2 rooms, the first was a tiny corner shower much too small for anyone. The second was a bit larger, about 2.5 feet by 2.5 feet. We don't regret booking there, and had a great time. But if I could do it over I would book a 3 night stay there and a hotel within Rome itself for the rest of our stay. But then, we were interested in exploring Rome itself, and the shuttle bus hours just didn't allow us to do that properly.

"Quiet hotel in the outskirts of the city"
Beautiful hotel in quiet residential area. Amazing staff nothing was too much trouble. It was a bit difficult to find when we first arrived. If using public transport take the 360 bus going to Muse district and get off at last stop, then it's just a short walk to hotel. Hotel staff recommend local restaurants which were reasonably priced and food was excellent.
