“Fabulous service, centrally located in the Greewich Village of Rome”
I can't say enough about the fabulous service. Before we even arrived, we were contacted via email to determine if we needed help with transportation from the airport. Then when it was time to leave, they not only arranged to have a taxi out in front at 4:00am, they were up themselves to help see us out. Wow. And we were only there for one night!! The pricing was fair for what you get - the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Not luxurious, but then neither are the prices. And really, when you're in Rome, who hangs out in the hotel room? Its location is very central to all the happenings in Trastavere, which is the Greenwich Village of Rome. My only complaint, and this is more about the neighborhood than the hotel, is that it can get a little loud.
“Lovely Italian Gem”
Sweet hotel in a charming neighborhood of Rome. Excellent continental breakfast (with great coffee). Staff very helpful and courteous. Cozy room and wonderful nearby restaurants and shops. Short walk across river to ancient rome sights.
“Nice little hotel with very good service”
The service in this place was absolutely amazing. From the check-in to the checkout the staff (I assume they are the owning family) were extreme helpful, giving hints how to move around Rome, how to get into points of interests easily and so on. Thanks to their help we got into the Vatican Museum without queuing at all! Extra bonus for a shower that spreads water evenly, a property that is rare even in big 5-star hotels.
“Lovely people highly recommended!!”
My second time in Rome and took the family. The room we had was a rare find with a double bed and bunk beds and lots of space. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect setting. We love the Trastevere area but it's very easy to get lost and this location is easy to find and make your way to the city from. Very highly recommended hotel and we will definately be going back and passing on to friends.
