We loved the Residenza Ki - Clean, basic accommodations with a perfect location for sightseeing and a stellar staff. Highly recommended.

“Perfect Central Position & Very Friendly Staff”

After the small initial hiccup of not being able to find the B&B because their central reception was 2 doors down and a totally different name, we settled in really well. The rooms are basic but very cosy and the staff are lovely and always ready to help. Breakfasts are again basic, but nice and a good start to a long days sightseeing!! The location of the B&B is its biggest advantage, literally 2 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and loads of shops and restaurants.

Emplacement idéal, hôtel coquet, personnel aimable soucieux de satisfaire la clientèle, un petit bémol conjoncturel : des travaux avaient lieu près de la chambre : réveil à 7h30 le matin ..dur pour des vacances, petit problème de chauffage , petit dejeuner pas aussi copieux qu annoncé dans les commentaires precedents .Hôtel à recommander quand même !! bon rapport qualité /prix

Excellent friendly service from start to finish. Provides all you need for a short break at a fair price. Don't expect fancy extras. The entrance is not too obvious; go thru green door to 1st floor reception.

“Great location, nice B&B”

We stayed at the Residenza Ki for 7 nights March 28-April 4. We had the triple room just off the reception area. Our room was clean and nice but very small. The bathroom was also clean and again quite small. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, simple but more than adequate to get you started for the day. Diego (not sure of spelling) was full of helpful sightseeing tips and we ate at all the restaurants he suggested …they were all great! This is a 3 star hotel/b&b with not a lot of frills but its location can’t be beat!

If you are looking for a 4 star hotel, dont look here. But if you are looking for great service, clean rooms, security, great location to central rome...this is it. Staff very caring and helpful, 3 doors between you and street giving nice feeling of safety, internet in room worked perfectly, comfortable bed, immaculate bathroom. Only suggestions would be upgrade room TV to DVD or provide inroom movies.

Hôtel bien situé (à de pas de la fontaine de Trévi, de la sation de métro Barberini)... Bref, tout se fait à pied! Très bon accueil de la part du personnel qui vous donne des conseils... Chambre agréable si on n'est pas trop exigeant: simple mais agréable. Juste un manque de clarté, mais pour dormir ça suffit... Un petit déjeuner à volonté sympa... A conseiller vivement pour un cout raisonnable.

Hotel has had some bad reviews which are unfair following our experience. Our first time in Rome so had no idea what to expect. The hotel staff were fantastic. The reception was covered between 7.30am and 8.00pm. the hotel does not have a sign but it is next door to a cafe and you can see the number 53 on the wall. When we arrived we were given a street map of Rome, dont go anywhere without it - so useful. Our first night, they moved us to their sister hotel as it was closer to the coach stop where we had to be at 7.40am the next day, they even let us into the dining room early for breakfast.They then moved our bags back for us so they were waiting in our room after the trip - great service. As much as the staff are brilliant and the hotel is in a great location it is only a 3 star so expect that, the hotel is clean and for breakfast you get pastries and bread rolls - basic - but lovely coffee, which you had to ask for. We stayed on the 3rd floor - the 2nd floor rooms lead into the dining room. General comments about Rome, do not eat by any of the major attractions and be fooled by the waiters, once they have you in the food is only mediocre. Best food is found in small restaurants off the beaten track. Buy your ticket for the colleseum at the Roman Forum it saves on que times. Pre purchase your shuttle bus ticket, we did it through expedia - saves time and hassle. Metro station not far from hotel and so easy and cheap.
