“Great Location”
This hotel was in a great location in the quiet yet perfectly safe backstreets around Piazza Navona. Staff were polite and helpful and the rooms were nicely decorated. Unfortunately the previous guest had failed to mention that the toilet was broken/blocked, but the staff managed to resolve the problem the following day. We also had trouble getting the free internet access to work, but otherwise a very enjoyable stay - would definitely stay here again.
“Beautiful city, great hotel”
I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It's in a great location from which to discover Rome on foot. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated,a good choice of breakfast is served in your room at the time of your choosing. All the major sites are only about a 15/20 minute walk away. The hotel is in a small side street in beautiful old part of the city surrounded by antique shops. Restuarants and night life are all close (Piazza Navona is just around the corner) but the rooms are quiet at night. The staff were all very friendly and polite and were always ready to help or offer advice. I will definately be returning to Rome and would definately stay at the Relais Palazzo Taverna again.
“little gem of a hotel”
great little hotel in the centre of rome near the ponte sante angelo.the room was clean and spacious in a quiet back street within about 30 mins walk of most places ( about 10 mins from st peters).the staff were very helpful and friendly, with someone on duty 24hrs.no dining room but a varied choice of continental breakfast is brought to your room at your chosen time.a perfect base to explore rome.
“Clean, Convenient, and Cool”
My two daughters and I stayed in a triple room which was clean, comfortable, and cool. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and delivered to the room.The hotel is updated, and the staff was considerate. It was conveniently located to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and all the eateries, and shops, and to public transportation.

What a great little pocket hotel (virtually a B&B)! Very friendly service and clean. Good sized bath with shower and large room with firm bed. Pillows are a bit too firm for my taste but was able to get another from the front desk. Very convenient to St Peter's, Castel San Angelo and Piazza Novano. Lots of very good restaurants and cafes.

Located near the train and bus stations. Vaporetto stop very close. Comfortable rooms, wonderful front desk. Enjoyable coffee shop...
“Had a great stay!”
The hotel is in a great location in a quiet alley on a side street near piazza navona. The front desk spoke English and was very helpful with everything from checking in to repairing a broken hair dryer in the room. Had a fantastic visit and can't wait to go back!

Staff really helpful. Rooms and bathroom lovely. Recent stylish decoration. Location very handy for everything and some lovely bars and restaurants nearby.

The perfect hotel? Could be! Fantastic location and incredibly friendly staff. It's right where you want to be, so atmospheric and at a great price too. Highly recommended.
“Nice place to stay!!!”
This hotel was a great place to stay at! We were only 10 minutes walk from Vatican City, 5 mins from the castle. The other attractions are mostly within walking distance providing you dont mind to walk. If you want to walk to the colosseum then its around 30-40mins otherwise you can go by train. The only 2 problems with this hotel is that the train station is about 20mins walk and the street is a bit hard to find at first. The service was really good, they spoke english and were very helpful. The room we stayed in was a nice reasonable size and so was the bathroom. I would defiantly recommend this hotel!
