Rooms were terrible - floor was damaged and we ripped our clothes and damaged a pair of shoes walking across the floor with the raised metal. While we were offered a room swap, it came way too late in our stay, with their communication for the initial problem not answered until the next day.

We received your negative comment about the room after your check-in when the reception was closed. The day after, not having the possibility to talk directly with you, we sent you immediately an email proposing the first room change but we received reply during the reception closing time. The day after, we tried again to propose another room but you refused. You did not want to move your daughter in another room. We are so sorry you did not accept our proposal and you did not enkoy your stay but we hope to see you again for your next stay in Rome. Best regards

Great location, spacious room, front desk very nice and helpful. Only problem was when housekeeping was done cleaning one day they didnt close the door and lock it. We were able to open the door without a key. Front desk apologized and it seemed as if this has happened before.

Nice location, good staffs
The one thing you have to consider is that they don’t have 24 hours front desk. If you’re going to arrive hotel at night time, you have to mention to them and arrange late check in service. I had done that but I arrived too later time they’re expected. I had problems in checking in before staff came. The staff from Philippines was really kind and helpful (thanks again) Location was great. I could see the Phanteon through the window it was great. Also in a walking area there are many places to go and good restaurants. Conditions of room were ok, wasn’t perfect and wasn’t stylish but that wasn’t a big problem. If you brought big luggage with you then it would be a small problem cause the room was spacious but the structure is a bit inefficient. So not enough to put my 28 inches carrier on the floor.

The rooms were great value for money and the location can’t be better. Expect that the rooms will be very small/ compact, but they are well-appointed. We always remember that no one goes to Rome to sit in their hotel room, so room size when you sleep is a moot point.

Location, location,location. Right on the plaza overlooking the Pantheon. Great restaurants down stairs and around the plaza. The view from the window fantastic. No need for a Jacuzzi under the bed, not sure how that they thought that would be selling point. So much to do and see. who would have the time.

5th fabulous stay at PRS. Lorenza at reception was lovely and looked after all our requests. Stayed again in a Junior Suite and enjoyed the breathtaking view onto the Pantheon. If you want to enjoy Rome book a room with a view and people watch in the square below. Then step out to the perfect location to explore all Rome has to offer.

Great location, friendly staff. It is right on the square of the Pantheon, I would advise to get city view room as its view looks right into the square. It is walking distance from the Trevi fountain and Colosse. And centrally based

The location was excellent , very central. The heating in the lift, hallways, staircase and landing is awful, you feel like you’re in a sauna and you can’t avoid these areas. The rooms are basic but clean. The beds were a little hard but we were so exhausted every night that we slept fine. Staff were friendly and helpful although one person was going to check our coffee machine in ‘10 minutes ‘ and failed to arrive.

I loved that the location is so central, you can walk anywhere - 10 minutes to the Piazza Navona, 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. The staff (Christina and Renato) were friendly and very helpful - helping me to organise my trips (I took some tours) and giving me directions, etc. The room I had was a little small, and it didn't have windows, but it was good enough for a single person. I also managed to get a very early check-in to the hotel when I landed, so all in all, extremely pleased with my stay there. I would suggest that you book a room with a window, so you can look over the Piazzo della Rotonda, and see the Pantheon. But even if you don't, you can sit at the little cafe downstairs (which I did almost every night). Thank you, for the wonderful memories of Rome.

Wonderful
It was very nice. The staff was very helpful during our stay, but also before. They contacted me far before we stayed there so that we were able to have all travel arranged ahead of time. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and stay there again.

Everything was really good I really appreciate the free snacks and beverages in the room's refrigerator. Just take into consideration that the hotel is right on the plaza so the taxi can not leave you in front of the hotel.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Its a basic hotel for when you just want a place to sleep while you explore rome. If that is what you're looking for you will love this place. If you're expecting luxurious attention, look elsewhere.

Great location.
The area was fantastic. Walking distance to everything! The hotel room itself was not the best. The rooms were listed as courtyard view but the windows opened a few inches to nothing and construction. The windows were also not seethrough. Not the best rooms to have if you are claustrophobic. No view at all. Kept the windows closed and so the room was very stuffy. No natural light at all. But the bed was comfy. And the room itself was clean. Bathroom was decent. Very tiny but served its purpose. Very dark though and again no window for natural light and opened to walls and construction and only a few inches. I would stay here again only for the location and if the room assigned is the one shown in pictures. Staff was very nice.

It room was nice, smaller than I thought. The floors creaked, you could hear the neighbors because the walls were thin and woke us up a couple of mornings, and a loud noise would also come on which sounded like a drill or cleaning vacuum everyday.
