Great location just 5 min from metro, excellent service and friendly staff, restaurant food not good, breakfast ok, bathroom shower leaking on the floor, disgusting. I have booked for a double bed plus a single bed when I got inside de room no single bed we talked to them but instead to change us for a proper room with a single bed they put an extra bed, a very hard and uncomfortable bed. The room I stayed on the third level very noisy no soundproofed as it was mentioned in the website I had to use ear plug for sleep. I would not stay there again.

This property does not seem like an NH collection hotel. Staff appears overworked stressed rude and complaints about their management being on holidays. Elevators stopped working with us inside and staff seem to be aware of the problem

We stayed for 1 night and noticed the bed sheets were not changed and there were dirty. It took the hotel close to 2 hours to come and change the bed sheets. The front desk staff was very unpleasant. Did not apologize nor was willing to accommodate in shape or form. When I went back to discuss they were not willing to listen. They just said okay with no apologies for the inconvenience. The bathroom was dirty, there were lots of ants and bugs. The AC was not working properly in the room and the elevator was way too small and does not really work properly. It takes a couple of tries when using the card and pressing the button for the elevator to function. This hotel is by far the worst hotel staff and hotel experience that I have experienced in my life. I have tried to reach out to Expedia and was unable to reach to share my experience until an email came to share my experience. I have mostly booked my hotels using Expedia in the past, however, this experience really makes me question if I should continue this in future. The pictures are deceiving and even some of the guests have mentioned the same. I have travelled with other families we had 3 other rooms and they all experienced the same.

The property has a great location but the service is terrible, starting from the moment we checked-in and Sergio (although his name badge indicated he speaks English and Spanish) he was incapable to help us in any language other than Italian. The room was Ok, a bit outdated and the walls need to new paint. Breakfast was good but they don’t even give you coffee outside of breakfast hours. I had to make friends with an airline person who was staying there and they told me that there is a special (always on) coffee machine for airline people which I could use because I wanted coffee before breakfast time.

Location is good. 1 to 2 mins walk to buses and subway, and its a quite area. Lots of restaurants, shopping stores and pharmacy stores if needed.. however, I could have given them an extra stars as the front service staff assisting who can speak their language first (check-in or check-out). I felt stupid waiting in-line while other guest went straight up to them as they speak their language and while the Representative saw me waiting in-line. Its actually rude but expected as I am only a tourist.

The property is great and the room was beautiful. We were able to get into our room early and enjoyed several of the restaurants just a couple blocks from the hotel. What we DID NOT enjoy was being booked in an illegal taxi by the hotel staff and the being stopped by the police as we entered the airport. Unbelievable.

En mi reservación nos dijeron que nos cobrarían un resort feet y nos cobraron por persona y yo reserve un cuarto y ellos nos dieron dos cuartos porqué no tenían cuartos grandes y nos cobraron por eso así que no me gusto el servicio y todo el tiempo fueron muy rudos preguntábamos algo y todo el tiempo nos contestaban de malas

Only stayed 1 night. Good central location near Vatican. Hotel was comfortable, clean, although air conditioning did not get the room very cold. Modern and beautifully decorated room and bathroom. However, no space/shelving in bathroom to place my toiletries, makeup, brushes, etc.

Great spot, away from the busy tourist sections. Amazing buffet breakfast definitely a plus! Rooms are small, but that’s expected in Rome. However, I definitely think management needs to step up on the housekeeping. Sheets aren’t changed during your stay, we walked into our room and the bathroom mirror had soap on it. Overall, it was a rush clean up each time it was noticeable. No one is really ever present downstairs at the counter … you have to wait until someone notices you.

Close enough to the busier and noisier parts of Rome, Prati is very conveniently situated close to Lepanto metro station, well served by bus, and totally walkable. Location is good for restaurants, shops and gelato (La Romana is a couple of blocks away). Walking distance to the Vatican. Good breakfast, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel location is great if you like to walk. It’s less than half an hour walk to most of the must see places yet it’s still in a quiet neighborhood. The only issue I have was when checking in. A lot of airline crew stay at this hotel. We happen to arrive early in the morning at the same time that a whole batch of airline crews are also checking in. The staff seems a bit stressed out. One staff told me to sit in the lobby and wait, then when it slowed down and I came back to the front desk, another staff said the check in is at noon. After waiting, I went back again to the front desk to let them know I’ll just leave my luggage and come back, I was told then that the check in was at 2pm. Another guest who’s also waiting and heard the conversation said they were told the check in is at 3pm. We left the luggage and walked around. We came back to the hotel around 11am and I checked with the front desk and they said our room is ready and we can check in. Other than this, the overall experience is great. The rooms are nice and the location is very convenient.

I’ve stayed at many NH hotels and this one was really good. The whole lobby and restaurant were amazing. Some room/porter staff can be rude sometimes but this maybe because of the language barrier. The restaurant staff for breakfast, lunch and dinner were superb! Always tentative to look after you! The rooms were ok, could of been cleaner and our mattress was horrible! Had to ask for more duvet to help us sleep better as we had two horrible sleeps (me and my wife). Having two single beds gets you a bigger room, I bought 3 rooms for 6 people. Amenities could of been more when asked for, sometimes they never changed or refilled when asking. The location was amazing. Lovely restaurants and 20 min walk to Vatican aswell as a 45 min walk to Trevi fountain, although we got a cab as it was very hot last week!

Overall, the Roma Centro location is great! It's about a 15 min walk from Vatican City and 20 min from the Spanish Steps. Additionally, it is in the Prati neighborhood which is an upscale, contemporary area that's super walkable with lots of cute restaurants and cafes. However, since it is more upscale... expect to pay slightly higher prices. As for the hotel itself - staff is super helpful. I arrived early before the 3pm check-in and they were able to get me into a room right away. Also, I had an early morning flight and they were able to secure a car to pick up me up at 5:30a in the morning on my behalf. Minor watch outs... 1) the walls are pretty thin so expect to hear your neighbors and 2) as for cleanliness, it's clean, but not immaculate. When I first go into the room, I found a random hair on the sheets. Assuming it was left there when the sheets were being laundered.
