The size of the rooms are specified in each booking portal, so if you needed a bigger room you should've maybe take into consideration to reserve a superior double room. Furthermore, in every room there is a minibar. It is a square modern black refrigerator fixed on the wall where you can find two bottles of water for free. It is always good to ask questions to the hotel operators in case you need or you cannot find something. Best regards

Our hallways have lights with a brightness chosen consistently with the chosen design style, but we assure you that in no way does it impede visibility for safety reasons. The rate you chose did not include breakfast. As an alternative to the buffet breakfast at 10 euro per person, we offer our guests breakfast on a pay-as-you-go basis. The shuttle fare to the airport is cheaper than that offered by taxis or Uber and is also due to the fact that there is a fee to be paid at the motorway toll booth. Lastly, we would like to say that it is always good to make many considerations before booking your stay in a facility, especially in relation to the distance from the place of interest.

We would like to take this opportunity to clarify that the message you sent us on the Expedia chat was related to having a room on the lower floor. It may happen that during high season we have more difficulties to reply to all messages, but despite this we have fulfilled your request. Regarding your unpleasant experience of traveling by bus to Rome, our receptionist had clearly warned you that it was not simple, but risky and insidious, and therefore the best way to reach the city center was by train, which is easily accessible. This would also solve the traffic problem. Despite the advice, you preferred to take the bus, aware that you could get lost. And so it happened. Dear Adel, thank you for taking some time to write a review. We just need to make some clarification, because what you wrote is incorrect. The price of the airport shuttle , which is a six-seater car including the driver, is 50,00 euro per car/trip (it is also writte on our main booking websites), so it means that if you are alone you pay for that price, but if there are, for example, 5 people in total, the cost is 10,00 euro per person. In your case, this service had been used by you and your daughter. The price never changed. We do know that it is difficult to reach us by public transportation from FCO Airport, and viceversa, but there were other options like Uber and Taxi which cost is even higher. But in the end you decided to choose our service without any problems. We therefore do not understand the reason to complain now after 2 months. Kind regards

We were not obliged to do that, we just thought that maybe you needed some help since you were in a foreign country and you couldn't speak a word of italian. We are especially sorry that despite the chat we had during check-in, and during which we explained to you how the stars are assigned to the hotels and what are the parameters to be respected, you did not hesitate to write an unpleasant comment. As for the smell of feces, we're sure you wrote it just to further discredit us. Once here, you and no one of your daughters have never complained about this kind of problem at reception. Maybe you didn't noticed you had something under your shoes :)

Dear Sandra, as we already explained in your first review and also here during check-in, your made a prepaid and non refundable reservation of a double room for just two people. You were four people (2 adults2 children). That room is precisely designed for two people, that's why it could seem small with for four people inside. With bad tones you insisted to be totally refunded, but we have told you that it was impossible since the cancellation policy states that prepaid reservation cannot be refundend. We were also told that we were overbooking and we could not give you a larger room. Since all your requests have been denied given the circumstances, you insulted our staff and decided to write a bad review with untruthful comments, such as the one regarding the smell of smoke. The 80% of our guests go to the children hospital, that's why we have a strict regulation about smoking in the rooms. It was just a pretext to change your room even though it was not possible. Also, we really do not understand why you keep rage at us. Or it is more likely that you needed to burn off frustration because of making a wrong reservation. Now, that said, it is clear that we are glad to know that you are not coming back here. We do not accept behaviors like yours and unpolite customers.

Dear Michelle, we are pretty confused about what you stated, and also it almost seems like you are describing another facility. Near out hotel (walking distance) there are THREE restaurants and they were all open the night of your stay, a bar, a grocery store, a farmacy, a bakery, two haidressers, and we can go on ... You both have been all the time with your friend who drove you here who speaks italian and cared of you. If you wanted to know more about the surrounding we where at your complete disposal. As far the water, if you had problems with the temperature you could have called reception giving us the opportunity to understand if there were a problem. We are very sorry to see our efforts ruined by non sense comments.

We take full responsibility about the lack of blanket: we were in a transition phase, between summer and fall season, and that is the reason why you all just found thin sheets. But we had blankets here in case our guests feel cold in the room. As for the shower, we can understand that it cannot please everyone's taste.
