“Perfect for what we wanted”
Brilliant hotel in an ideal location for all the major sites. Clean, tidy and friendly staff.
“Great location!!”
Stayed here in Nov 2011 and found it's location perfect, just 5 mins walk from Metro station (be warned as with all Metro stations its very dirty). You can also walk from the main Termni station, but with suitcase might be a long drag. The hotel itself has a sign on the building wall and at the entrance there is a door buzzer for staff to let you in (you keep the key after you're checked in). Staff are very friendly (but note they aren't there 24 hours). Room was very comfortable and whilst I was there they were redecorating the rooms. The only negative thing is like most of Rome the roads are noisy and even with the window closed those trams can still be heard :) but hey welcome to city life!! There is a supermarket just 5mins walk from the hotel entrance, turn right and keep walking. So you can stock up on any snacks, there is also a great ice-cream palour on the same route. One other thing, is the "hotel" if you can call it that is basically a whole floor in an apartment building, don't let this put you off as it is very clean and safe. I personally didn't like Rome itself so won't go again, but I would recommended this hotel if you are going for you first time and would stay again if I changed my mind.
“Average... but location a bit questionable.”
Hotel was average and is what you expect once you are inside but the location is uncomfortable. As a tourist, you will definitely stick out amongst the locals which can make you feel a little uneasy. Close to train station.
“Big Dissapointing in Moscatello”
Moscatello was really big disapointing for us. Because there was not a otel it looked like a warehouse or ruin etc... My wife and I were in Rome for the first time for our honeymoon. And when we reached the otel we couldnt want to believe we saw. Everywhere was dirty and smell bad, so we decided to not stay at there. I wanted to talk with information desk responsible but he dosnt know to speak English. We were very upset about our first day of honeymoon. I found a new hotel urgently and stayed in new one. Please warn this hotel and warn the people about this otel conditions. Please decreae its star on your website, you can put a ? as a star. Thank you. Cengizhan
