“A very nice design hotel”

A beautiful hotel of very special design, our room was small, the bathroom was suitable size but the shower should be equipted with a glass door to avoid water flooding. Very warm and helpful hotel staff, compared to other hotels in Roma the breakfast was very tasty, fresh and the whole atmosfere was more than pleasant. Just a short note about personal parking, the hotel offers an own safe parking lot which we consider for something unsual for Roma. Will be back.THANK YOU.

“nice hotel...a little out of the way”

The Metropolis is a nice hotel. Very clean, modern and upscale. Staff are friendly and efficient and the breakfast is excellent. It's located close to the Vatican, perhaps a 20 minute walk, but not close to anything else. It's in a residential/commercial area (not touristy) so very quiet at night. I chose this hotel because it is only a three minute walk to the underground (subway) station at Lepanto. Please be aware, however, that currently (and for the next year) the A Line closes at 9:00 pm (not sure why?). This means you must have dinner and be back to the hotel before 9:00 or incur a hefty taxi fare (or a very long walk) if you chose to return later. There are few eating places in the neighbourhood of the hotel, so if you're interested in night life or dining late (as the Romans do), this may not be the right hotel choice. But if you prefer to dine at 6:00 and be in bed by 9:00, then the Metropolis is a great choice. Bring soap, shampoo and kleenex. Hotel supplies are very stingy!

“Bonne qualité de service”

Déco moderne et de bon gout. Le personnel est très agréable. Seul bémol, la literie est très ferme alors il vaut mieux aimer dormir sur du dur.

“ne reprendre plus jamais cet hôtel”

la chambre que nous avons reçu est très bruyante et sans fenêtre!!! juste un vélux à mètres de haut
