Very old hotel; the AC didn’t work and the receptionist controls the AC; the hotel was kinda dirty and there was mould on the roof

The property just seemed tired. The bones of a great hotel are there, but it seems like the handful of little things (broken toilet in multiple rooms for example) are adding up.

Hotel is too far from city centre, no facilties for making hot drink. The apartment was even worst, gas stove not working, blind in the bedroom not working, no fan or air-con, no kettle to boil water, only one pot without a lid. No duvet cover for the duvet. Hotel staffs were not friendly. I will never go back to the hotel again.

Gutes personal im falschem hotel. Im ganzen hotel klemmen die türen also man kann sie nur zu schlagen. Das bad ist eine katastrophe. Und so weiter..

Nicht zu empfehlen, fahrt bitte in ein anderes Hotel und nicht hier!!! Die Ausstattung ist von Anfang der 90' oder sogar ende der 80'. Dreck ohne ende, am Gebäude wurde min. die letzten 20 Jahre nicht gemacht. Das Frühstück war schrecklich sogar die Butter hatte Schimmel, schade das ich zum Text keine Bilder hochladen kann. Klimaanlage ist da aber ohne Funktion - kühlt nicht!! Wer mir nicht glaubt ist selber Schuld aber ich warne alle die in dieses Hotel fahren möchten, fährt dort nicht hin!!!!! Dieses Gebäude, weil Hotel kann man es nicht nennen verdient nicht mal 1 Stern!

Morgenmad var ok, men slidt hotel.
Fint 4 stjernet hotel, men bare ikke holdt ved lige. Virkelig flink betjening, men der var mangler ved rummet. Bl. Støv på møbler gl vandflasker i køleskab, manglede toiletpapir, men værst af alt der var nok 30 grader i rummet og aircon kunne de ikke starter foe det krævede en teknikker og det var ikke sæson klart. Men vi måtte sove i en meget høj temperatur for døren gik ud til en stor fælles Teresa. Morgenmaden var fin til gengæld. Men de mangler lidt opdatering og vedligehold.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte, ma ci ritornerò perchè ho avuto una buona accoglienza e sono stato bene. La camera era tutta in ordine e pulita, la colazione buona e abbondante e la struttura è nuova e ben organizzata..

personale ottimo il resto no
personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pulizia camere di basso livello, la vasca non aveva il tappo e farsi la doccia in una vasca non è il massimo. non c'è il ristorante e in zona non ce ne sono accessibili a piedi (oltretutto non è una bella zona per muoversi a piedi alla sera). Non esiste colazione senza glutine (ormai ce l'hanno tutti)

Per un 4stelle si può e si deve pretendere molto di più. Non basta la sufficienza: i Servizi lasciano a desiderare: il bagno presenta una pulizia minima, i muri delle camere sono tutti segnati, la coazione ha il minimo consentito, il frigo della camera è completamente vuoto

Hotel confortevole in zona periferica di Roma
Soggiorno in hotel (una notte) per Pasqua. Abbiamo cercato un hotel in zona Cinecittà / Romanina dato che saremmo dovuti rimanere in zona. Abbiamo quindi scelto questo hotel, che già conoscevo per esser stato nell'adiacente piscina diverse volte (in precedenza risiedevo a Roma). La struttura si è confermata ampia e gradevole, forse un pò "finto lusso", ma nel complesso vale il prezzo che si paga (non alto), a patto di accettare la zona. Occorre arrivarci in auto.

Na verdade não gostei muito pois estava nesse hotel porque, ele era perto da casa de um de meus filhos. Fui para la para visitá-lo e , quando voltava de um dia inteiro trabalhando com eles e queríamos descansar um pouco, antes de saírmos de novo,. voltávamos para o hotel e, o Sr que ficava na portaria, nos interpelou e disse que meu filho , por nao estar hospedado, não poderia subir ao quarto. Fiquei muito decepcionada pois estava naquele hotel , no meio do nada! só para estar mais perto de meu filho e , o tal Sr (inconveniente) nao deixava o menino de 15 anos subir, para estar , um pouco mais, junto comigo. Como se eu fosse colocar, de espertinha , o menino para dormir lá Falta de sensibilidade total! Cliente que estava a quase 10 dias ou mais no hotel!!! Outra coisa! as camareiras vinham nos acordar para limpar o quarto. Batiam na porta cedo para nos acordar. Certo dia, não limparam o quarto. Outra coisa antipática foi, que cheguei para tomar café da manhã as 9:50hrs e a Sra que cuida do café, já tinha desligado a máquina de café ,as torradeira e, já estava retirando tudo. Quando eu falei que queria tomar café ,me respondeu: Mas já são 10 para as 10!!!! no que respondi: exatamente . o Café vai até as 10! Bem .... em resumo: Pessoal nada cordial! Cliente tem que ficar se estressando. Instalações muito simples e, serviço deixando a desejar.

Boa. Os funcionários do hotel são muitos atenciosos e prestativos. No entanto, importante esclarecer que o hotel está situado num local distante do centro de Roma e o transporte público deixa a desejar. A estação de metrô mais próxima é a Anagnina. No final de semana é mais complicado ainda, porque a linha que serve a região não roda no domingo (Linha 500). Hospedei-me no hotel por questão de conveniência, pois faço um curso de na Universidade Tor Vergata, que fica próxima.

hotel correto mas economiza simpatia
pessoal nao muito amigavel, deixaram de limpar o quarto um dia no outro me acordou mais cedo pois, queria limpar o quarto o atendente da portaria quis me intimidar de subir com 1 de meus filhos (que nao estava hospedado mas ia só dar uma descansadinha no quarto enquanto eu tomava banho, para sairmos para jantar) e um dia 10 minutos antes do cafe terminar a atendente desligou tudo e , ainda brigou pois eu cheguei 10 minutos antes do termino.! wifi economizado quando possível enfim.... muitos incidentes para pouca coisa que oferece

벌써 두번째 묵었던 숙소 인데 전반적으로 모든게 마음에 들었습니다. 호텔 주변을 보고 간게 아니 었기 때문에 아주 만족합니다. 하지만 조식은 기대 이하라 그저 그랬습니다. 다음에도 또 이용할 계획 입니다.

Brukte 45 minutter bare på og sjekke inn. Wifi var gratis men måtte få ny kode en gang i timen. Ellers var hotellet rent. Air condition på rommet virket ikke så det var varm å sove.

Ac styrdes med av eller på från receptionen, personalen väldigt ovilligt inställda, fick rum emot nautillus som hade vattengymnastik från tidig morgon till sent på kvällen, nästan stopp i duschavloppet, vid städning fyllde dom inte på toalettartiklar eller vatten när man påtalade problem ryckte dom bara på axlarna, frukosten var inte påfylld vi fick springa och jaga personal för te.x kaffekoppar. Detta hotell förtjänar inte sina 4 stjärnor
