“Ronald”

I was not happy with the room for the following reasons: 1. I was given a room with a single bed put together, I thought in the booking I was having 1 double bed. 2. Also the room has a window / balcony that has not external view. Has view of internal staircase (awful) like being in prison. Very dark.

“Very impressed and would definitely go back”

La Griffe Luxury Hotel is very quality hotel. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and close to all the sites and only two blocks from the Metro train station. My only complaint was the airconditioning which was not as cool/cold as we're used to, but marginally acceptable and also the fridge inside the room was not cold at all. I think this is the case in most places in Rome because a lot of the places that we went to, the AC was just bearly cool. La Griffe Luxury Hotel is a very beautiful and modern hotel. The only reason I did not give it all 5 rating was due to the AC and Fridge in our room. I very highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

“Would go back again”

Only booked this hotel at the last minute but was not disappointed. First appearance is that it is too trendy for its own good but the staff were excellent and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable although not huge - but you're in the centre of Rome to get out and see the city, not lounge around the hotel room. Bathroom was excellent. The hotel has an 'American bar' with a friendly bar man and you can buy drinks there and go up to the roof terrace and enjoy sipping in the sun (you can get the drinks delivered to the terrace but there is an extra charge). Less than 10 minutes walk from Termini Station and very central to walk to all the sites.

“dark, but clean”

The same breakfast set every day (scrambled eggs not tasty at all) - after 5 days it was boring. Have to ask for a tea and wait long minutes (it happened that we've finished eating and tea has not arrived). Hotel is dark inside, but the room was fine: hugh bad and nice and clean bathroom. Definitely not 5 stars, but good location: walking distance to monuments and subway.

“Great Outdoor Roof Top Restaurant”

Great location. The outdoor roof-top restaurant provides a excellent view. The room size was very small for two persons The decor was a little too gaudy for us.

“Hotel with Italy's best Door Man”

Did not care much for the modern decor and it was not luxurious for US standards but overall this was a good hotel for us. The staff was very helpful, especially Joséff, the Door Man. Situated near Piazza Republica and the Central Train station. Back to Joséff, ask him where the locals eat and drink.

“Not a 5 star place”

I have stayed in Rome over 20 times on business at variuous hotels. This is a 3 1/2 star hotel at best.

“un peu decu mais de tres bon points”

UN hotel de luxe vraiment agreable, une superbe terrasse au 9 eme etage avec des concerts de jazz assez sympa. Le petit dejeuner continentale vraiment bon. Un hall d'entree vraiment superbe avec des miroirs tintes de noirs tres design, des hotesses et hotes d'acceuil agreables et polyglotes. Neanmois, des details nous ont vraiment surpris. Dans notre chambre, pas de coffre fort (inattendu pour un hotel de ce standing). L'eclairages laisse a desirer. Les appliques etaient malheuresement cassees ( dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain). La telecommande de la tele etait en mauvais etat et Les rideaux avaient des taches d'origine inconnues et douteuses. Et enfin, vu que nous n'avons jamais de chance, l'ouverture par carte de la chambre ne marchait pas non plus. En definitive, nous sommes quand meme contents d'avoir sejournes dans cet hotel.
