“Fantastic place, highly recommended”
This place was amazing, we spent four nights here in early October 11 and was blown away by how good the room was and how low the rate was. This place has great value for money. The location is great, right near the train line that will take you to the spanish steps and also the vatican. it would take about 20 minutes to walk to the closseum, which was good, as this was on the other train line, so it is probably easier to walk it or catch a bus that is right out the front. the size of the room was impressive and was good to have a bit of room for a change. the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was good, although the shower was a bit on the small size. the free internet was really handy. the only thing that was a little dissappointing was that we had no natural light in the room and couldnt open our windows, but the rooms on the other side would have this, but overall I was really happy with our stay here, one of the top hotels on our trip
“Great location and value; would definitely return”
My wife and I stayed at this B&B at the start and end of our Italy vacation, different rooms each time. Rooms are large, clean, comfortable and quiet, with modern attached bathroom. There is a TV, fridge, toaster, mugs, bowls, plates and cutlery in each room; a coffee machine, microwave and two internet-connected computers (free usage) are in a common area. The included "breakfast" consists of juice, milk, toast, sweet buns etc. in the fridge - you help yourself - and espresso, cappuccino or whatever from the coffee machine in the hall. Not the greatest, but you won't do a lot better at a cafe, and this is definitely faster. A big plus for this B&B is location - steps to metro, only a few minutes walk to restaurants and grocery store, fifteen minutes walk to main train station, colloseum, forum etc. Very well located for site-seeing. Another big plus is your host - Johnny - by far the friendliest person we met in Italy. He made us feel right at home, talked to us about our itinerary, took the time to circle "must-see" sites on a map for us, marked bus routes, shopping districts, nearby restaurants etc. He truly loves Rome and wants to make sure you leave feeling the same way. His enthusiasm is infectious! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome; we wouldn't even bother looking at alternatives.
“A Fantastic Central Hotel!”
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights and were very impressed. The room and bathroom was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great area, with several shops and only about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Each day a basket in our room was filled with yummy breakfast treats which we enjoyed every morning. The room was very cute and cosy and had a tv, kettle, fridge and cutlery. We loved this hotel, and Rome and will definitly return.
“Very good B&B in Rome”
Located on a main street with bus service and right next to a metro station. We really liked In Rome B&B. The room with ensuite bathroom was comfortable enough. Best feature was that there is a small in-room "kitchenette in a cupboard". There was a little sink and stove, dishes, cutlery, toaster, kettle, and best of all, a small refrigerator. Breakfast was already in the room each day, including bottles of water, bottles of milk, juice boxes, yogurt, and the usual typical European packaged melba toast and breads. Computer in the hallway allowed free internet access. We never saw John, the person we booked with (only spoke with him once on the phone). And the cleaning ladies spoke only Spanish (not English or Italian), but not a problem.
“Clean rooms, Apt location.”
Situated close to Manzoni metro station. That made travelling easier. Staff friendly and helpful. There is no common dining table hence breakfast becomes more of self service as one has to do everything from taking out plates and heating the bread and croissants. Thankfully they washed them after use! Cleanliness excellent, Overall a good experience
“Un séjour très agréable”
Bed and Breakfast très agréable et très bien situé ( 10 minutes à pied du Colisée, station de métro au pied du B&B ). Personnel aimable mais ne parlant qu'italien. Néanmoins, il est toujours possible de se comprendre. Petit déjeuner sommaire mais suffisant. Je recommande vivement ce B&B pour son rapport qualité-prix.
