“Convenient if flying out early morning”

Hotel Seccy was very clean and comfortable. Good restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Great if flying out early from airport since able to reach in 7 minutes with taxi. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

This is an absolutely charming small hotel on the outskirts of the Rome, Italy, airport. We stayed there rather than fight traffic to the airport from mid-city Rome for a morning flight. Wonderful rooms; wonderful staff; wonderful breakfast. Thanks, Seccy's

“Convenient, near Fiumcino Airport”

Convenient location near Fiumcino airport. Nice included continental breakfast. Rooms spacious, clean, modern. Staff friendly and helpful.

“Great place to stay for the end of the trip in Italy, would like to go back!”

The girl working reception was very friendly and spoke english which was nice. The hotel was nice and clean with a free breakfast which was very nice (the breakfast was very nice as well as it being free). The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located about two blocks from the beach which is another benefit. We spent almost all day walking on the beach and then had a nice dinner. The room was large and nice. A hotel staff member carried my bag up to the room and did not ask or seem to expect anything in return (I almost had to chase him down to give him a tip). You are about 5-10 minutes from the airport and there is a shuttle service which runs there on request for about $15 euros. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and the hotel has maps and can give suggestions. Overall it was a very pleasing way to end our trip in Italy, My wife and I are glad I picked that hotel to stay at as it ended our trip on a very positive note!

“Much better than the 2 Hiltons at the airport”

Not quite as comfortable as the 2 Hiltons at the airport but only a 15 euro cab ride away, much cheaper with far better service, and with excellent restaurants within walking distance.

“Wonderful stay”

We stayed one night at this hotel before flying out of FCO in the morning. I booked based on reviews and was not dissapointed. The hotel is spotless inside and out. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a triple room, so one large bed along with a twin, so my son had his own comfy bed. We had a slight problem with the TV, but the attendant and the front desk came up promptly and resolved that. My kids were happy to have English/American TV. The internet worked fabulous, no signal problems at all. We did not have the proper electrical adapter, but were able to borrow one from the hotel for the evening at no charge. The complementary breakfast buffet was coffee, juice, cold patsries, etc, but very tasty. The shuttle to the airport was a 10 minute ride and cost of 15 euro for the 3 of us with a wonderful english speaking driver. The only real problem I had really had nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel is located in a strange area, off the beaten bath a bit. When we walked out to try to find some dinner we got a bit lost. When we found our way to the area where the shops and restaurants we found very little open (it was about 6pm). We ended up going to the supermarket (2 blocks from the hotel) and getting snacks and eating in the room. That was fine and the hotel was so comfy. But if you're planning on eating you may want to plan ahead instead of wandering the streets. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would return.

“A Delightful Airport Hotel”

A delightful airport hotel...Short taxi ride...A good option if travelling to the port at Civitavecchia to join a cruise without travelling into Rome and back again. Sleepy little village with a few shops...Restaurant next door for dinner, but a lovely buffet breakfast served in the hotel. A boutique hotel with very pleasant service ..suitable for business or holiday travellers...Anne Canada

“nice little hotel”

good airport hotel. Within walking distance of the river and beach. Cost 15 Euros to go from the hotel to the airport. But 35 Euros in the other direction. My TV didn't work but the wifi was good. Nice to walk along the river -- lots of restaurants there.
