“Fantastic value for money”

While the decor in the rooms is a bit outdated and the the beds are hard as seen in other reviews this hotel made up for it in many other ways. Friendly & helpful staff, good location, and a good breakfast helped make this place a winner. The hotel also had an arrangement with another hotel on the piazza outside the Pantheon, where Raffaello guests could use their rooftop terrace bar from 5pm-11pm if you obtain an access card from reception. We had drinks up there one night and the view was sensational

“Hôtel à recommander sans hésitation”

Hôtel très bien situé, à partir duquel on peut se rendre rapidement vers les sites les plus touristiques et à quelques minutes de la gare Termini et de la station de métro "Cavour". Excellent accueil par un personnel parlant assez bien français,sympathique et disponible. Petit-déjeuner copieux et très correct. Chambres et sanitaires très bien tenus.

“Best 3* I've ever been to!”

Location was fab; only 10 min walk to Coloseum and Forum. Breakfast buffet was much better than I had anticiapted; lot's of variety. I found the pillows and mattress quite comfortable in the bedroom, but my boyfriend found the pillow and mattress to be too firm for his liking. Air conditioning worked wonders after spending a day outside in 30 degree temps! Customer service was first class!

“great service”

The staff at Hotel Raffaelo made our first night in Rome a great experience. They were extremely helpful and went out of the way to accommodate us. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because we had one of the rooms that had an interior window (ie no view). The hotel was great for our kids as well (ages 4 and 6). I would recommend it highly! Thanks very much, Meaghan PS the breakfast that was included was excellent
