“Excellent location and very close to all tourist attractions”
The hotel is located in central Rome, jiust walling distance form the Central Terminal. We took a train direct from the airport and just wanted to the hotel which is 5 minutes away. The hotel offers great breakfast veriety (I suggest to include breakfast with the room rate). Just walking distance to tour operators as well as 15-20 minutes if you prefere to walk to the monuments. Food is another great thing here. So many restaurants to the side and the front of the hotel. The restaurant just across the hotel as well as the one second from the hotel when you take a right gave us a warm and a friendly welcome and also did food cooked to order as my wife and daughter and particular on the type of vegetarian food. Overall excellent and would recommend to anyone visiting Rome.
“great choice for quick visit to roma”
We (2 adults and 2 kids) found this hotel to be almost perfect for our needs. It was close to the train station and so accessible to all our needs. We arrived in Rome at 6a and they checked us and stored luggage. The lobby area was a great place to crash after we had taken the bus tour and were awaiting room. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. There are many restaurants, pizza shops, gelato shops, etc in the few blocks surrounding the hotel. Only negative was the room was VERY SMALL, my 11 yo son called it a matchbox (even smaller than a shoe box). That aside, it was a great pace for our three night stay in Rome. We would definately go back for a short stay, but it would be too small for 4 to stay for a longer time.
“Awesome.”
The hotel was near the train station which was a huge advantage as it saved us another step in getting settled into Florence. The neighborhood was not bad. It was an easy walk to the Accademia, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Galleria degli Uffizi. Our room was emaculate and beautiful. Stone floors great funishings. We had a quad suite which was the largest hotel room that we had while in Europe. However, regulating the temperature in the room would have been difficult. Fortunately, it was beautiful the week that we were there. The breakfast was excellent with eggs, bacon, as well as the standard continental fare. The waitering staff was lots of fun too. One night, we had a wonderful dinner there. Everyone spoke English perfectly. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more.
“Great location”
- and very nice hotel for the price. We highly recommend it.
“Would definitely go back to this hotel.”
Excellent location. Just 5 minutes from the main train station (termini) and walking distance to all the sights. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very nice.
“I would do it again”
Friendly staff, amazing location right next to Termini Station, comfortable, clean room.
“Walking distance from the train station”
This hotel hit the 3 things I needed most: clean, safe & functional. Our room was spotless and the hotel was a 5 min walk to the train station. Additionally, we were able to walk to all of the main attractions easily.
“Good value and location”
As others have stated, it is difficult in Europe to find a hotel for a family of four. This hotel did add two beds which made it difficult to walk around in what I would call a boutique hotel. If you have ever stayed in New York City or Beverly Hills, CA, it is similar. The hotel was clean, located in a great location for the price and we felt VERY SAFE there. The hotel doors remained locked and you had to show a key to be buzzed in. The breakfast made the room worth the money. I have two daughters -- ages 12 and 14 and both found food to make them happy which is not always easy to do when you are away from home. Although there were two added beds for my daughters, they were not just cots, but more stable with thick mattresses --- very comfortable really so we cannot complain. Being this close to the central station makes this hotel a great stay.
“Awesome”
I would recommend this hotel. I is a block away from the trains and there is a fantastic restaurant next door. The television only had one channel in English and it was the news, but we didn't stay in the room long enough to care. The Colosseum was a 5 euro trip by taxi.
“Great hotel in the best location”
Great hotel, comfortable beds, great location. 2 min walk to Roma Termini. Great restaurants around it.
