The location is very undesirable; it is surrounded by industrial lots and a highway. There are very limited options for food if you do not have a car given the lack of sidewalks. The hotel restaurant was not open. The staff was very helpful, though, and the room was relatively clean and in good order. One good point is it is close to the airport, which was the main reason I picked it. We had an early flight, and the staff arranged a taxi pick-up for us.

Convenient for Airport
Stayed as local for Airport. Their shuttle was good at 12 Euro. The area is a bit industrial and lacks convenient supermarkets, restaurants to get to on foot. Hotel staff were good and very accommodating, even opening breakfast room early as we had an early flight. The airport is very close, but due to roads, it cannot be walked. You need a taxi (or their shuttle)

Good Hotel Choice near Airport
Stayed at Hotel Meeting for 1 night before flying out of Ciampino airport. The hotel was much better than we expected after reading some of the reviews. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and most importantly very clean. All the staff that we spoke to at reception were very friendly and had a good command of English. They even arranged for us to have some croissants with out coffee before leaving for the airport. Unfortunately we could not use their airport transfer service as we had to leave at 5am. We used Uber and all was fine. The hotel is located in more of an industrial than residential area but we walked to the supermarket which was some 10-15 mins away and did not feel any more unsafe than in any other part of Italy that we have visited on our trip. We will definitely stay there again albeit we will not be taking an early morning flight...

Value for money with good customer service
A good hotel to stay for an early morning flight from the Ciampino airport. The person at the hotel desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. The facilities at the room were decent. We had an early morning flight. The hotel desk person ensured we got a coffee and croissant as even when the breakfast was not ready. He also helped us to book a taxi to reach the airport. Overall, value for money with good customer service.

If you want to feel safe, dont go here
So, its a honeymoon...believed a lot of good reviews....so so wrong. Started badly, the taxi driver tried to persuade us not to stay due the really dodgy area it had become. Don't go out at night, can i take you elsewhere, this hotel is really bad.....werr some of the comments we got on the way to hotel. Oh how we wished we had listened. Room miniscule, smelly and old. Hotel literally in the middle of industrial estate so absolutely nothing to do. We were so distressed within the first hour or so, that we found another hotel at a different location, booked it for the next day and just had to endure one night. We checked out the next day - we had stayed one out of three and the reception staff couldn't have given a toss. There was no ' why are leaving' or anything. Really upsetting, poor customer service and quite frankly if we could give a minus out of ten, we would. Yes it was a cheaper hotel, with ratings of 3.9/5....but surely a hotel would want to improve all the time, not add to the negativity and lose rating points. In our opinion it was an experience to remember for all the WRONG reasons

Worst hotel ever
I booked this hotel looking for airport shuttle and breakfast. The first one (shuttle) was supposedly included but was charged separately, the second one (breakfast) was terrible and I saw roaches in the counter. The location is absolutely remote, there is nothing around it. The service was also terrible and staff are disrespectful. Tv didn’t work and AC was down (not working) in a very hot day!

The very best of Ciampino
I actually recommended the hotel to my friend even before my journey and i was so happy that we all enjoyed our stay. Nice airport pick up option, neat environment and one I will never forget.... the best Breakfast Buffet ever.

Basic and comfortable hotel in awkward location
The hotel is pleasant and comfortable. However, the location is very awkward. A strange street in an industrial area. Right next to the main roads and on the flight path to Ciampino makes it very noisy. The room was pleasant apart from the bathroom drains which smelt really badly.

If you like the sound of dogs barking it’s perfect
Hotel was ok facilities and cleanliness wise however the sound of a guard dog barking all night, every night was horrendous! Stayed here for 4 nights and every night was the same. Hotel wasn’t in the safest of areas either - quite intimidating walking up to the hotel on your own. Also hotel staff left my room door open all day after cleaning/making the bed. Complained to reception and was asked ‘what’s the problem - you have a safe’ I was unhappy and staff were not helpful. I would not stay here again

Quality of service friendliness of the staff.Quiet area. Breakfast is very good with fresh bred and juice.To go to City center. 10 min bus ride to nearest metro station.

Nice hotel close to Rock in Roma
The hotel was very nice and not far from Rock in Roma at Ippodrome Capanelle. The staff were very helpful and even arranged for their shuttle to drop us off at the Ippodrome which was really helpful.

I stayed here because of the low price and to attend a concert at the horse racetrack, which according to the website was 1KM away. Although it was close, a major highway blocked it from walking to the concert venue. This was disappointing. Although the website stated they had shuttle service, the receptionist said none was available. The location is in an alley, very similar to an industrial area. It was a little scary. I came back from the concert around 1:30 a.m., and found out that the gate was closed. There was a call-in speaker that I had to ask the front desk clerk to buzz me in. This was a little spooky. Other than decent breakfast and cafe, I will never stay here again. On the plus side, the morning staff was very accommodating and friendly (nice Italian hospitality). This warranted a tip for them which is not typical in Italy.

Thisew hotel is in an industrial area- no local restaurants and no taxis. Ok if you are driving by on the nearby motorway, or for tourbuses, but not for the traveller.

Great Place
The staff were very helpfull and friendly. The location was easy to get to with my GPS and parking was very secure. Rooms were the standard small European size but clean and well appointed. My only issue was the pillows could have been better.

The gentlemen working in the hotel really went out of their way to help me out as I ran into a few big problems. Their level of service is fantastic because of this. I would suggest a fan in the rooms as it got very hot in the night because opeening the windows just ment that the planes would wake me up. Otherwise a pleasent stay.

Perfect for the Airport
Perfect location for Rome Ciampino. Very very helpful staff. Food available 24/7 and great breakfast. Secure car parking and very clean. Thoroughly recommend if you are catching a plane the next day. A secure oasis in what appeared to be a run down area and a little difficult to find so use your Sat Nav ;-)

perfect for airport and quick rome overnight
nervous about somewhere so close to airport & so cheap but it was perfect - a bunk bed for the kids, air con, a nice little hall, immaculately clean, friendly staff - we were delighted as we landed late in ciampino & didn,t get our holiday house til the saturday pm, so needed somewhere for one night to rest our heads. And whilst a cab into rome was 25 euro, it was worth it for a memorable eve. sleep well & had a lovely light breakfast of pastry & coffee too. would use again

We needed a hotel close to the airport as we were arriving late at night. The airport shuttle was not available and it also was not available the next morning for transit to the metro as it was a weekend. The beds are very hard for sleeping. It did offer a very nice buffet breakfast the next morning with a wide variety of choices. For the price it was an okay experience. It is a hassle to get to the center of Rome so I would not recommend using this hotel if you plan to do alot of sightseeing. If you have a car it would be a good choice.

Hotel meeting was a very nice hotel, but it is in an industrial area and there was nowhere to eat on an evening the hotel did have dinning room but only opened at breakfast. The bar was part of reception. Most of the staff where freindly (with one exception). The trip to the supermarket the only place within walking distance to obtain food was along a road with no pathway which i felt was dangerous. Leaving rome in the dark to travel by bus was not a good experience.

The hotel was similar to an english travelodge or premier inn. It was clean and well kept despite near to a busy road and in a residential area. The rooms were of average size with private bathroom, tv, minibar and internet access but no tea/coffee making facilities. The only real complaint is only one pillow was provided on the bed and no others availble in the room. A continental style, buffet breakfast was available and was adequate apart from the lack of tea! The water is only hot enough for making coffee even though teabags were available. The staff were polite and helpful. The number 503 bus can be caught from across the road and takes you straight to the anagnina metro station. If all you want is somewhere to sleep, wash, have breakfast, you don't mind missing out on a cuppa and be out all day you cannot go wrong with this hotel. Good value for money - should be renamed hotel ronseal.

Great Hotel - Great Location
The stay in this hotel was good. It is very close to downtown Rome - a straight shot when driving on surface streets. I liked the location of the hotel, near the highways (Grande Raccordo Annulare). It's peaceful and it is clean, and always staffed.The only drawback for international travelers is that is not too close to Leonardo DaVinci airport(Fiumicino airport) BUT it is right next to Ciampino airport. For some, within walking distance. Staff at the hotel were nice, too. Reservation through Expedia was honored without any problem. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
