“Great hotel”
Great location, great service, great hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
“very convenient and friendly”
best location. Very friendly staff. They recommended one particular company for the "tour around rome" that closed the two stops nearest the hotel that they didn't know closed and they couln't have been more accomodating as a result. Reaaly good breakfast. 100 yards from spanish steps and shopping. You can walk anywhere from hotel.
“would definetly stay at this hotel again”
The staff at this hotel was quite amazing. We did not like the room we had the first night we were there. In the morning after breakfast, which was very good, we went to the front desk and asked for a room change. To our amazement they gave us the best room in the hotel. The staff helped us with the metro lines and the buses, which ones to use, it is a little confusing in Rome. This hotel is very old but in unbelieveable condition. We would go back tomorrow if we could. Well maybe next year!!
“Beautiful - Would Go There Again”
If you're staying in Rome, this hotel is not only historic and beautiful, their personnel and staff are very helpful. It's only a couple of blocks away from the Trevi and easy access to the Metro Rail (best way to get around Rome). Lovely roof garden for vino at the end of the day - great breakfasts served in beautiful atmosphere, easy wireless internet access. I'd go there again for sure.
“great hotel!”
This hotel is great. The service is very warm, its location is perfect, right on the spanish steps and walking distance to everything in the ancient Rome area. The rooms are quaint, cozy and have character. We travelled with a 9 month old baby, and were jet lagged and tired from our trip but our stay at this hotel was so comfortable that we were up and ready to hit the town the next day. Room service was good and the staff made us feel very welcome. They had maps, directions and advice for us everytime. Id recommend this hotel to every kind of traveller.
“Great hotel in a great location”
Great hotel in a great location a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Friendly hotel, the staff couldn't be more helpful. Location is in the heart of the shopping district, lots of bars and restaurants with in easy walking distance to suit all pockets. The metro (Spanga) is a few minutues walk away from the hotel but all attractions are within walking distance. The standard room is good, neat and very clean, plus nice touch of all soft drinks complimentary in the mini bar in the room. Breakfast is good with lots and lots of choice...pastries, cold meats, fruit, eggs and bacon etc.etc.
“Charming, convenient, comfortable, clean with great staff!!”
Our family had nine delightful days in Rome! The hotel is very conveniently located near many of the major attractions. The hotel is charming with its history, is still maintained well and kept very clean. We loved the warmth and charm of not only the hotel but all of the staff. We felt that the staff were always there to help us. Patricia at the desk, lined up a tour and even comfirmed our return flights. Patricia helped us with directions and always asked us how our day went!! We would highly recommend this hotel. It was great for our family!!
“Excellent Birthday Weekend Away!”
I was a little concerned after I had read mixed reviews on this hotel. However in my opinion this hotel is Friendly, conveniently located and I think it has character and not clinical like many of these new modern hotels.Minor grip, the mattress was quite hard and a little lump, But to be honest after all the walking we had done site seeing we could have slept on a clothes line so it really didnt matter. The initial welcome was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the chamber maids were discreet and did not come knocking on the door. The Breakfast was just what we needed with a full Buffet selection of cold and hot food. On our final morning I managed to accidentally lock the safe but it was not a problem the Hotel manager quickly resolved the problem with a smile. We were very surprised to receive courtesy of the Hotel Staff a Bottle of Champagne and Bath goodies completely unsolicited. I can only assume they noticed the Birthday cards in the room! Its those sort of touches that make the difference. I would just like to Thank all the staff at the Hotel Internazionale for a very pleasant and happy stay.
“Great Location”
Our room and balcony were very comfortable. We used the gym. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh, especially fruit. Free Wi Fi was a great benefit. Although our price included free breakfast, this could not be used on some days as our tours departed prior to breakfast start time. Maybe offer a take away breakfast or simple early breakfast for these occasions. Location of this Hotel is ideal for exploring Rome and we will certainly stay here again.
“I WOULD LIKE TO REPEIT THIS TRIP... ONE DAY!!!”
