“Great hotel”
Clean modern with great service.
“Visit to Rome”
The members of staff were extremely helpful & spoke excellent English which helped tremendously and being a smoker they accommodated me in a smoking room with a huge balcony as I don't like smoking in the room however it saved me from having to go donstairs and outside to have a cigarette. I will definately be returning to this Hotel. Unfortunately the rooftop balcony was not open however this was understandable due to my visit being at the end of December, next time I will visit in the warmer months when it will be open.
“good place to stay near st peters”
clean hotel with good wifi. good breakfast. near st peters
“May 2012”
I had a wonderful stay. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. The pizzeria next door had wonderful food and wine!
“Great Hotel near the Vatican”
I was extremely positively satisfied by the location of the hotel. The hotel is newly built and modern, the room is well equipped (AC, LCD screen, safe). The only drawback is the shower, it is very small even for a fit person like myself. Aside from that, the room was great. I read many reviews criticizing the breakfast room to be too small, for the four days of my stay, I have never waited and always found many available tables when I went downstairs. The breakfast buffet is great and the staff was extremely nice and ready go take your orders for a cappuccino or an espresso. The wifi is free and you only need to ask the reception for a username and password valid for your whole stay. The location though it may seem remote on a map, it is absolutely not. It is a short walk (10 min) to the Piazza San Pietro and the Vatican. And from there another short walk (5-10 min) to Castel San Angelo. Cross the bridge Vittorio Emmanuel and you're 20-30 min away from Piazza Navona, and from there Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum and the Fonatana Di Trevi. It took me 3 hours to start from the hotel and visit all these monuments on foot! More practically, if you arrive at Fiumicino airport, do not take the Leonardo Express to Termini (14 Euros), but instead the FR1 to Trastevere and then FR3 to San Pietro, it costs 8 Euros and is much more convenient. Bottom line, do not be discouraged by the location on a map. The hotel is great and I would definitely go back if I return to Rome.
“Decent for the price but nothing special”
The stay over all was decent. When I first arrived I couldn't tell if I was at the right place. It's definitely not structured anything like a "hotel" but I suppose that is expected in the center of Florence. The staff didn't know much English which made the payment process very difficult. If you pay online, that is just a deposit. When you get there you will have to pay for the entire reseration again and then wait a few days for your deposit to be released back into your account. For me it took 6-7 days. The room was alright but very minimal. The "double bed", which was just two singles pushed together, wasn't especially comfortable and the fact that they kept separating didn't help. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a good location close to tourist sites and museums but definitely don't expect anything glamorous.
