Pros: it was clean and tidy. temperature in the room was really nice and there was always hot water
Cons: you can hear other guests in rooms next to you. the rooms are quite small
Location: near to public transport to get to the historic sites
definitely not a 4* hotel but as for Rome and the price it was all good. Clean and much more than expected for £30/per night.

Do not stay here! This is a 2 star B&BPosted 28-Oct-2013
Pros: Not much
Cons: Massive renovations, particularly to bathrooms.
Location: Close to metro, ~0.5km
This is a 2 star B&B by North American standards. Rooms are tiny, beds are hard, comforters are padded bedskirts. We had plumbing issues in our room and water started dripping from the ceiling when the toilet flushed, water dripped onto lighting fixture. Room A/C also didn't work. We switched rooms and this room the hot water didn't work. Breakfast was below standard European breakfast. The juices had flies floating in them.

I would definitely stay here again!Posted 28-Oct-2013
Pros: All but most of the art.
Cons: The paint in room 11 was rather curious. Something more complimentary to the space would be better than the several colors and hand textures.
Location: Metro was within walking distance so very convenient.
What a nice hotel experience...This boutique style hotel has a lovely courtyard full of plants and fountains where Nero, a handsome black cat naps in a chair outside. Staff was terrific, especially Andrea who was more than helpful, and breakfast was very nice set among antiques and inset marble floors. The ultra-modern art throughout is not in harmony with the rest of the beautiful surroundings but otherwise our experience was quite pleasing.

Nice hotel.Posted 7-Oct-2013
Pros: Lovely breakfast served. Staff helpful
Cons: Twin room, small bathroom but adequate
Location: 20 minute walk to Ancient Rome, near trams and metro. Nice area overlooking Aquaduct, lovely restaurant 2 minutes walk.
Trip for 4 days sightseeing, to visit the sights of ancient Rome. Very busy but most of the sites are within walking distance and easily accessible.

Comfortable hotel, good locationPosted 5-Oct-2013
The hotel is not far from the main centre of Rome, in a quiet pleasant area which is a soothing relief after a day of sightseeing. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. By the time I left I was already starting to think about when I might return. It looks good too - the winding path through fountains and trees, and inside there is a beautiful mixture of furnishing and pictures. The breakfast buffet is very good, with plenty to choose from. It is easy to get around by walking everywhere or, when you are completely exhausted, the Metro (Manzoni station, line A) is not far away and there are several buses and trams that stop nearby, at Porta Maggiore.

Hotel is far from centerPosted 30-Sep-2013
Pros: Staff, and breakfast was good
Cons: In hotels room need some freshness, but i don't know if it helps as hotel is very small.
Location: near was less think, only 15 min walk to metro
Small hotel, room was very uncomfortable, hard to move, far from center, but can walk to metro and then go to center. Hotel staff was nice, breakfast is good, but because of location and small room we could enjoy our stay there.

Mixture of really nice and somewhat scruffyPosted 26-Sep-2013
Wonderfully helpful desk and breakfast staff. Lovely lobby and tranquil outside garden area to have wine or nice breakfast. Room surface cleaned each day but walls were very scuffed and shower needed regrouting. Room small but don't know if small rooms are usual in Rome. Metro 5 mins away had lift

Quaint hotel away from the cityPosted 14-Sep-2013
The hotel is a little away from the main attractions in the city but we didnt mind the short train ride or easy stroll (20 mins to city centre) each day. Hotel staff was friendly and approachable. The beds weren't very comfortable, we could feel the springs. Other than that we had a lovely time at the hotel.
