“Friendly hotel staff”
This hotel has excellent customer service. It is located close to the train station making it an ideal location. The rooms are clean and breakfast was excellcent. The staff were extremely helpful. I definitely would stay in this hotel again. I have stayed in a number of hotels in Rome and this is by far the best hotel experience I have had in Rome.
“clean and near the train station”
I stayed in this hotel with my girl for one night. It was near the train station and was very clean. The guy who checked us in was nice and helpful. I liked the bed alot athough my girl thought it was to hard. The breakfast could have been better. Overall if u want a clean hotel near the train stastion this is a good choice.
“hyper tranquille”
“Great hotel, will stay again.”
Great location with great friendly service. We were upgraded to the penthouse suite which was a huge pleasant surprise. It has a roof top balcony with a great view. Room is clean, recently renovated, comfortable size for a hotel in Rome. Walking distance to the Termini and Metro station. Complimentary breakfast was quite good. Will definitely stay there again.
“Excellent Customer Service and Clean Rooms”
We just returned from a 5-night trip to Rome and stay in Hotel Diocleziano. The hotel exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and in the quality of their customer service. We arrived to our hotel much earlier than check-in time (10:30am), and we were able to check-in to our room right away. The front desk and doormen were very friendly and hospitable. Upon check-in, Emilio at the front desk gave us a map of the city and showed us which Metro lines we could use to visit the Colosseum and Vatican. Throughout our stay, the front desk was extremely helpful, booking a tour for us to the Vatican at a discounted price, and our airport transportation for the day of our departure. The hotel amenities were very good, from the free wi-fi, free drinks (water and soft drinks) that were restocked daily, to the hairdryer in the bathroom (I brought my own hair dryer and never had to use it). And the free wifi was very convenient and the connection was very fast, even though we had to log-in again every 10 minutes for some reason. The room was very clean, and I loved the fact that we could open our window to the street! The only drawback, which is very slight, was the location of the hotel. Although it was convenient to be close to the Termini station, there weren't the best restaurants nearby. However, we walked 15-20 minutes to our favorite restaurants that we found close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!!!
“Séjour impeccable”
accueil très sympa, personnel à votre écoute et service, emplacement plus que idéal, centré mais dans un endroit très calme. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, nous y retournerons sûrement.
“A Roman Holiday”
We enjoyed 8 days at this wonderful hotel - a great staff, very clean, so quiet (we had room 403), great breakfasts and absolutely no problem with the area - in fact we appreciated its proximity to the Metro and bus stations.
“Fantastic Stay in Rome”
The hotel was perfect, couldn't ask for anything more, great location, the staff were extremlly helpful and servive was perfect.
“Lovely Hotel”
We stayed here in August and would highly recommend it. It is close to the main railway station and tourist buses stop there too. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was of high quality giving a mixture of continental and english breakfast style. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. We will stay here again on our next visit to Rome.
“Week-end à Rome”
Très bonnes prestations, le personnel est tres acceuillant et prévoyant. J'y retournerai.
