si c'tatit plus proche du centre ville c'etait impecable. Le service clientel, c'etait parfait.Je n'avais pas de billet pour aller a Florence L'hotel me l'a achete et ils ont utilise leur code pour avoir acces au site du train en Ialie ou ils m'ont donne les bonne information pour visiter la ville.Je suis contente d'etre dans cet hotel.Il sont vraiment acceuillants et gentils.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.It was conveniently situated for Ciampino airport and the metro station at Anagnina.I would recommend this hotel as very good value for money.

“Not Impressed”

The hotel staff were very cordial with all of us. The hotel itself needed some repairs there was peeling wall paper in some rooms, and the lights went out in our room where we were given a spot light.

Hôtel très bien entretenu dans un quartier tranquille mais un peu loin du centre ville de Rome. Transport en commun un peu loin de l'hôtel et 40 minutes minimum pour arriver à la gare de Rome.

“Not bad of a hotel, but terrible to find it!!!!”

The hotel itself is not that bad. It was just right for the three of us, especially with the three separate beds. What go us extremely upset, was the location! We were circling two towns for an hour and half trying to find this hotel. The locals spoke very little english, but were very kind trying to help us. However, each person we asked gave us different directions. I also had directions printed out from an italian website, where the streets named on the directions were nowhere to be found. I am still amazed that we found this hotel, merely by making an accidental turn. We all decided that we would pay a few bucks more to stay at a hotel near Rome.

“Lovely city but not so for hotel”

Holiday was fantastic apart from couple of things. The hotel provided a transfer service to the local metro station but on two occassions they failed to pick us back up at in the agreed manor. cost us 50 euros to return back to hotel in taxi. other than that fab city.

“Bon hôtel en périphérie de Rome”

Hotel très sympa. Un peu vieillot peut-être mais correct. Un peu bruyant à partir de 8 heures du matin. Le personnel est serviable. Nous sommes arrivés à 21 heures et la personne présente à l'accueil nous a commandé 2 pizze. Navette gratuite pour se rendre à Anagnina ; sans aucun doute, si nous devions retourner à Rome, nous irons dans cet hôtel. Juste pour info pour se rendre à l'hôtel. Depuis Termini, prendre le métro ligne A jusqu'à Anagnina puis le bus 500 (recommandé) ou 046. (le dimanche et les jours fériés le 500 ne tourne pas. Arrêt à Terranova juste en dessous de l'hôtel. De Termini (centre Rome), il faut compter 45 mn environ. Le billet de bus-métro est valable sur tout le trajet et ne coute qu'1 Euro !!! (attention de ne pas prendre de billets COTRAL qui ne sont valables que sur des lignes

“Nice, but didn't have AC”

the staff were friendly, easy to get to from airport via bus. the only thing wrong was that they didn't have AC and no fans available...it was HOT.

Not what I expected. The place was run down, do not go here in the middle of the summer as the air conditioning system is poor.
