The hotel is excellent. Great value for the money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Highly recommended

Great central location, everywhere you would want to visit is walkable. Staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Room spacious with excellent ensuite. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good as was the small family restaurant to the rear of the hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Hiberia for 5 days and couldn't have been happier with the reception staff and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a problem with our day tour and Rafael called the company for us early in the morning which saved us A LOT of problems. Even the tour guide told us he'll recommend the hotel to his customers because the service had been excellent. It was an easy walk to the trevi fountain in one direction and the colosseum in the other direction. There's a small cafe across the road with nice sandwiches, biscuits and coffee and a nice gelato place is close by as well. Overall very happy with our stay, would definitely come back again.

This one of my best stay ever. Rafael and Patrick are the best. The hotel was located in very central area. We didn’t have to take any transportation except for airport to hotel and to the cruise port. We walked to all major sites, and for our meals. Also the area was prime for shopping

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was really nice. Patrick was great! It was conveniently located less than a 15 min walk to the metro station. It also had an elevator and an actual bathtub. It was very well maintained and had some dining options very close by.

A nice boutique hotel in the center of Rome within walking distance of many historical sites. Rooms are very clean and their is breakfast available that is nicely accessible from inside the hotel. The staff was very helpful with advice. A true gem in the middle of Rome.

The location of the hotel is perfect and everything is walking distance. Staff is wonderful!! Shout out to Raphael and Estalin - they are fantastic!!! The building itself is old, but that’s to be expected. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and quiet.

The location was absolutely perfect! Middle of tourist Rome and everything was within walking distance. The customer service was exceptional! Our room was upgraded to a beautiful balcony suite and ready early. We knew we got there early so we freshened up in the bathroom after our long flight and while we were getting ready we were brought complementary espresso and cappuccino. The front desk spoke English and was very helpful in assisting us with navigating the city and printing train tickets. The rooms were clean and quiet.

The concierge was always pleasant and helpful as he responded to all our questions. We are a family speaking English exclusively and we never had to struggle to figure out how to ask for something. Right from the beginning as I was making the reservations the staff was always very considerate and helpful.

We were out in a room on the first floor that had a filthy carpet, shower drained so slow and the street noise was extremely loud. They were sold out and could not move our room the first night, but did put us in a new room the second night that was clean, drained properly and had minimal road noise due to it being on a higher floor. The location is near Trevi fountain, Spanish steps.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Hiberia, and I must say it was far from a pleasant stay. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that the air conditioner was not working properly. Despite adjusting the settings and waiting patiently, the room remained uncomfortably hot at 80 degrees. We went downstairs that night and requested a fan for the room. The front desk had changed to the night shift worker who said we would need to wait until morning to get a fan for our room. So, we sweat it out that night and waited until morning to make the request again. To our dismay, the air conditioning unit in that room had sprung a leak and made a small pool our water directly under it, inside one of our bags of luggage. Everything was soaked and had a disgusting odor to it ruining some of our belongings. We called the front desk to let them know and they sent a maintenance worker to take a look. He came up and said there was nothing they could do about it now but they could take a look the next day. They had no other rooms to offer at the time and we moved to another hotel that night. Seeking a resolution, we decided to speak with the manager the next day. However, their attitude toward our predicament was utterly apathetic. Instead of offering a sincere apology or finding a solution, the manager seemed indifferent and uninterested in addressing our concerns. Their dismissive behavior was disheartening, leaving us feeling unvalued as guests.
