While it is kind of hard to find the first time you go there, the hostess is very kind and immediately ready to help you out with a map of rome and good advice. It was a pleasure to go there! Would definitely visit again.

The hosts were on top of my reservation and I was expecting their customer service to reflect the quality of the rooms I saw online. I booked this room, 1 night for my husband and another night for our return to Rome. Cancelled the second night as the room we had was not at all what was in the picture. The bathroom sink floods when you use it, and everything just looked old and shoddy compared to the photos. The A/C made a lot of noise, not fun to try to sleep in hot weather like that. Perhaps it’s not the worse hotel to stay in this area, but it’s a disappointment lf you are travelling as a couple.

Total misrepresentation from the pictures. The beds only had white sheets on, no throws or comforters or fancy pillows. The breakfast area was right outside our door as well as reception desk. Shower didn't work well. It rained, our room flooded. They eventually moved us. Can't help the construction scaffolding out front. Just bad timing. Was hoping better for an anniversary stay.

Felt secure. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and very convenient to Metro and Termini station. Very accommodating, able to leave luggage early and check in later.

Wonderful staff
We had a delayed flight and Luca was very understanding and easy to get in touch with from the airport. He stayed late past the front desk hours to wait for us which really eased our minds arriving in a foreign city so late at night. Small yet comfortable rooms with decent amentities and very close to the train station. Great helpful and friendly staff!

Nous sommes désolés que le petit-déjeuner ne vous convienne pas, mais étant une petite maison d'hôtes, nous n'avons pas beaucoup d'espace pour offrir plus de choses même si, comme vous le savez, nous nous occupons tous de la journée pour approvisionner tout en produits frais et nous laissons à la disposition de nos clients le jour où je suis dans la salle de petit-déjeuner. Nous sommes ravis que la chambre vous convienne. Nous avons récemment repris cette structure et nous nous organisons pour insonoriser les chambres donnant sur la rue. Bien que cette rue soit très calme et peu passante, des bruits nocturnes peuvent se produire en raison des pièces adjacentes. The room was quite poorly and need a makeover. Holes in the bathroom walls, shower corner fix with silicone etc. Aircondition didn’t cool at all. Breakfast - fresh bread or crossaint was empty at 08:30. Cofee was cold etc. Frist and last time in this place

Kind Dorthe, we are very sorry that you don't enjoy your stay in our guest house. We are a new property of this place from August and the room was rennoved just 2months ago. Aircondition was also fixed on first day of September for cold and hot temperature as in Rome during the days of your stay 16th September) was cold in the morning and evening. Regarding coffee machine there are instruction that the girl on check in show you on arrival and there is a paper with instruction up on coffee machine, if you read you can see that is possible to make hot and cold coffee (but probably you don't see). Regarding breakfast the girl will come every morning from 7am and take fresh croissant and fruit, if you don't found nothing probably is because other guest take all before 8:30. In any case you know that onour beakfast area there are all amenties that all our guest can take at any time(coffe,capuccino,tea, bread,toast,butter,yougurt,juice,etc..) We are very sorry that you don't like our place but in only one day stay probably you don't see all wath we make every day for our job and our guest Best Regards, Amira Central Esedra

La dueña es encantadora, las instalaciones están muy bien. En general, estuvimos muy a gusto pero tuvimos muchos problemas para entrar la primera noche. Para poder entrar ella abre por control remoto desde su hogar y para ello, primero hay que contactar con ella vía telefónica (lo cual resulta complicado). La primera noche tuvimos muchos problemas para poder acceder. No fuimos los únicos!! Otras noches sucedió con otros usuarios. No obstante, la estancia fue muy agradable.

Gracias por la recensión. Lamento que tuvieran problemas para entrar el dia de su llegada pero esto es debido a que la antigua administracion tenia un metodo de apertura automatico. El hotel esta situado a cinco minutos andando de la estacion de termini lo que permite moverte en bus o metro por la ciudad con mucha facilidad. La habitacion esta muy bien con todo lo necesario. El personal muy amable y servicial. Hablan ingles e italiano. El desayuno lo tomas en tu habitacion ya que tienes una mesa y dos sillas. El desyuno incluye zumo. Te. Cafe. Chocolate. Cereales. Bolleria envasada. Pan bimbo..nutella. mantequilla y mermelada. Para unos dias esta bien. Repetiria si volviera

겨울기준 장점: 저렴하다. 방이 1층에 3개뿐인데 겨울에는 손님이 적어 거의 혼자 음식이랑 독차지했습니다. 방은 깨끗한편입니다. 아침일찍 가난한 사람들이 시장을 바로 앞에서 펼칩니다. 과일사기 편합니다. 단점: 겨울엔 좀 추워요. 아침음식이 어느 게스트하우스 수준이나 빵은 유통기한 지난것들이 있더군요. 저렴하게 이용하기 원하면 강추합니다. 테르미니 주변에서 가성비 떨어지는 호텔보다는 훨씬 좋다고 봅니다

Wir hatten zwei Schlafräume für drei Personen. Das Bad war groß und hatte für uns alles, was wir brauchten. Unsere Zimmer lagen an zwei Innenhöfen. Nachts war es ab 22.15 Uhr super ruhig. Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig, da es nur Süßes gab. Und wir hätten uns etwas weniger Plastik gewünscht. Die beiden Inhaber waren super hilfsbereit.

Personale molto gentile e stanza accogliente e perfettamente pulita. Posizione ottima circa 10 min a piedi per la stazione Termini. Colazione a buffet abbastanza accurata.

Very recommend
The room is very clean, and staff are all friendly, you can get many help from them, also the location is great, only few minutes walk from main station. There are bread, cookies, coffee and drinks that you can take when you are hungry. Very recommend this hotel!

Top Ausgangspunkt für Rom-Trip
Das Gästehaus ist der ideale Ort, seinen Rom-Trip zu verbringen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die ewige Stadt in alle Richtungen zu erkunden, denn der Bahnhof Termini ist - langsam gegangen - fünf Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer, was aus einem Doppel- und einem abgetrennten Einzelzimmer bestand. Das war super. Das Bad war groß und insgesamt alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten sogar nach dem dritten Tag ungefragt einen Handtuchwechsel. Das Frühstück ist als "Buffet" im Eingangsbereich aufgebaut, mit allem, was das (italienische) Herz begehrt: einzeln abgepackte Hörnchen und Kuchen, Zwieback, Marmelade, Nutella, Cornflakes, ein Toaster, um den Toast zuzubereiten. Außerdem eine Nespresso-Maschine für Kaffee/Espresso und ein Wasserkocher für Tee, Milch für Kakao. Man bedient sich zu jeder Zeit selbst und nimmt das Frühstück in seinem Zimmer ein. Das Geschirr wurde dort abgeräumt, wenn die Zimmer gereinigt wurden. Das Konzept, dass man sich zu jeder Zeit selbst bedienen konnte, fanden wir super, da man bei der Planung seiner Ausflüge nicht an starre Frühstückszeiten angewiesen war. Großes Lob an die Besitzer der Pension, Luca und Andrea! Sie haben uns super Tips gegeben (gute und günstige Restaurants, schöne Stadtviertel, die man besuchen sollte...) und haben uns einen perfekten Transfer vom/zum Flughafen organisiert. Insgesamt haben wir uns absolut wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Voyage offert à mes beaux parents pour une semaine romantique à ROME. Nous sommes passés par EXPEDIA. Bilan médiocre. Hôtel en travaux. Petit déjeuner rachitique. Soirée agitée car bar bruyant à côté. Réveil matinal car marché animé à 5 heures. Pas de volet à la fenêtre. Serviettes changées tous les 3 jours. Seul point positif L ACCUEIL. Aucun geste commercial. SERVICE COMMERCIAL D EXPEDIA NUL. Ils ont juste retirer l hôtel de leur site

Zentrales gemütliches Guesthouse
Wir haben mit unseren 17 und 15 Jahre alten Kindern einen Familienurlaub in Rom verbracht. Wir waren begeistert von der Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Luca und Andrea, die uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen haben und jederzeit mit Plänen und Tipps für uns da waren. Das Guesthouse liegt wenige Gehminuten von Metro und Termini entfernt und ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Stadtkern. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort zu Gast sein. Gute Unterkunft in Citylage!
Tolle Unterkunft in sehr zentrumsnaher Lage, Bushaltestelle in 200 m erreichbar, Termini Bahnhof 400 m, Zimmer sehr sauber, allerdings etwas eng, aber nicht unangenehm! Typisch italienisches Frühstück, welches wir uns bei den angrenzenden Bäckerei etwas "verdeutscht" haben. Nur süß ging bei uns nicht! Betreiber sehr hilfsbereit und super nett!

Klein maar gezellig B&B met zeergastvrije eigenare
Paar dagen in Rome geweest en bij dit B&B overnacht. Goede ligging. Bij aankomst was de eigenaar er om e.e.a. te laten zien. Schone kamer en fijne badkamer.

Centrico, limpio, agradable y comodo.
Los dueños del hotel Luca y Andrea nos han facilitado todo tipo de información sobre Roma.. Hicieron muy cómoda nuestra estancia de tres días, reservaron tanto el taxi de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, como las entradas al Vaticano y Coliseum . Nos indicaron las bocas de metro , autobús etc....Aprovechamos al máximo gracias a ellos. La habitación estaba muy limpia y las camas eran muy cómodas. El baño tenia tenía hasta secador y para desayunar teníamos de todo en abundancia. La situación es muy buena. Cerca de la estación de Termini y a 15 o 20 mint andando de la Fontana de Trevi. La verdad es que si en un próximo futuro vuelvo con mis hijos no dudaría ni un segundo en alojarme allí.

스텝분들 정말 너무 친절해서 정말 다시 가고싶은 숙소였고요!! 위치도 떼르미니역과 가깝고 위험하지 않은 동네여서 밤늦게도 다니고 그랬어요~ 조식이 항상 준비되어 있어서 늦은 아침을 먹을 수 있는점도 좋았구요!! 한가지 아쉬운 점은 화장실 환풍기 소리가 너무 시끄러워서 틀 수가 없었어요~ 그 점 빼고는 정말 너무 만족스럽습니다~~

Super Guest house montebello 47 ;-)
Super séjour à Rome dans ce Guest house bien situé par rapport aux lignes de bus et métro. Ce Guest house est composé de 4 charmante petite chambre. Andrea et Lucas nous ont bien reçu et conseillé, aidé pour nos excursions. Bonne qualité/prix.
