“WOW!!!”

Amazing hotel! The best we have ever stayed in and probably ever will! The lobby and staff were excellent. The room was incredible, almost a mini apartment. It was luxury plus!!! The location was perfect as it was a minute walk to the train station and also a close walk to most other important sites in Rome, and there are a few!! We needed a shirt pressed in a few hours and even though the information said they would normally require 24 hours they had it back to us in 30 minutes!!! The only negative was that we paid a lot of money for a breakfast we did not enjoy but we found it difficult to get a breakfast we enjoyed our entire trip!

“One of the best hotels at which I have ever stayed”

The Exedra is outstanding in every respect. It is 2 blocks from the train station and within easy access to all sights. The hotel itself was luxurious, grand and offered impeccable service. Our room was large, well equipped and a cool sanctuary from the oppressive August heat. Food was good and atmosphere, though luxurious, was welcoming and accommodating of families.

“AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!!! Would go back in a heart beat!!”

The hotel is located near the train station which makes it easy to arrive to from the airport. The Excedra was worth the money and my 3 fellow travelers were all very pleased with the hotel, room and staff. There is a Metro right next to the hotel so getting around is easy and cheap 1euro. We walked and walked and walked and were really happy to arrive at the hotel each night. The room we had was beautiful and very clean. The bathroom was large and also very clean. The staff all spoke english and were very willing to please. The bar and outside eating area was enjoyable but VERY expensive!! If you just want coffee go to the Mcdonalds, you'll be very surprised!! The shops and restaurants near the hotel are very nice and we enjoyed a few good bottles of wine and great Italian food. I would recomend the Excedra to anyone going to Rome, for business or pleasure. It deserves a 5star rating, the location is great and there is so much near by. Italy is an amazing country with great people, great food and beautiful country sides and a really smooth highway (great road on the autostrasa!!!!)

“Great hotel at a great location.”

Great hotel at a great location. Five star hotel at four star room prices. If only i could afford to eat there...$30 euro for breakfasts and $12 euro beers are quite pricey.

“Nice hotel, but”

Great hotel, be aware that breakfast is 35 euros per person, we were quite shocked because we were told it was included.

“Beautiful Hotel, but don't count on the pool”

Rooms were beautiful and clean (although not regularly vacuumed). Rooms were incredibly quiet. Staff not overly friendly ... except for the concierge staff. Pool was great, when it was open. They closed it for maintenance one day. And closed it for a private party on another day. Both days we were extremely disappointed that we couldn't use it. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel. Location is excellent for trains and for metro and for taxis.
