This is a great bed and breakfast inn. Very cute and colorful with a bit of Bohemia thrown in as well. The owners were fabulous and beyond accommodating … especially for just a one night stay. The location is amazing since it is across the street from Termini so close to everything literally! It will be our go to lodging for Rome going forward.

Excellent location
We had a helpful welcome and were given tips on what to see and how to get around. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Handy kitchen area where you can access it anytime. Great location to the train and metro stations. Cafes, restaurants all within walking distance.

The location is great, the room is better than expected, the kitchen is full with food, nothing to complain!! It is just "righ" next to Roma termini, a very busy side with airport buses stops. - perfect for a one night stay coming from other cities connecting to a next morning flight.

This property is a gem near Termini which is a shady area, but this is just across the street from station and feel very safe. Staff is very friendly. We received email asking to confirm arrival time, and there is call button outside the building to call once you arrive and they opened the door for us. We had the Blue room. A lot of thought and effort went into decorating the room, very unique and artistic and very clean. Kitchen has snacks/breakfast and open 24 hours, with coffee machine and water dispenser. Laundry service is also available with 5 Euros charge. Loved this place and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location
We did a quick stop for one day in Rome and the location was just perfect (next to the train station), it was super easy to arrive from and to airports. The service was perfect and the kitchen with the basics for a quick breakfast. If you plan to move around Rome in bus and metro, this is a perfect location. Staff is very kind and willing to help. It has a print station and a PC for free to use!

Great location! Easy to jump on the train at the airport to Roma Terminal and a simple walk across the street from there. Close to Tour bus stop, taxi, and metro. Plenty of food options just outside.

Nice Unique place close to the train station
My wife and I thought the Dream Station was great. We had the Blue room which was nicely decorated. The door faced the train station acrossed from the luggage storage (I think). However, their sign was small so don't miss it. The room was big and comfortable. They had a kitchen with free food that you could use anytime and this was the free breakfast. There was a nice coffee machine also. We would stay there again. We really liked the uniqueness of the Dream Station.

Convenient location & friendly staff
We were just staying here overnight after taking a train from Florence and before leaving for the airport the following morning. The location is very convenient for Termini and the price was excellent for Rome. We also found that the staff was very friendly

Better than I expected.
Wasn't expecting much more than a bed and a bite to eat in the morning so I was pleasantly surprised. Not the easiest of places to find, don't expect a large sign. Look for number 119 and then you will find it quite easily. The room was in need of some TCL for example the shower door was very difficult to open and close and the water didn't drain away bet quickly. That was the only down side. Man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. There was a shared kitchen area where you could eat breakfast all day if you wanted. Coffee machine, water chiller, toaster, bread, cereal, milk, fruit... Free computer including printer. Very useful as I had forgotten to print out some tickets we needed. Not the nicest of areas at night but right beside the train station.

Great hotel right across from Termini.
I stayed her with my 17 year old daughter and her 16 year old friend. They loved it! It was convenient, clean, interesting, and provided breakfast, and a place to do laundry. The manager went out of his way to help us when needed. Great experience! This was the first hotel we stayed at on our 17 day trip and the girls kept asking if they could go back to the Dream Station!

Nice short stay B&B
This is a great B&B for quick access to Termini Station, transportation to the airport and the Italian train system. We stayed one night in route to Bari for a tour of Puglia. Everyone at the B&B was super friendly and available to provide advice on anything you need. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is self service and available 24/7 with coffee and a nice selection. The neighbor is typical of any area surrounding a major train station. We felt safe and the B&B is well secured. We would stay here again.

Very convenient
Very convenient, just across the street to Rome Termini where you can take the train and metro. Owner couples are very nice and helpful. They also provide drinks and snacks 24 hours. If you prefer, you could cook too as they have a stove top in the kitchen. Room is clean and tidy, just one thing is the bathroom is too small though. Nothing to complaint other than that. We will definitely book again next time we're in Rome.

Good place to stay
This was a great place to stay, the only issue was the elevator, it did not work properly for us and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. My wife has a bad knee so this was very difficult for her.

Fantastic place in perfect location
Fantastic rooms in great, quiet hotel right opposite the train station.....everything including metro was in walking distance including hop on hop off bus....the breakfast room with fresh fruit and an awesome coffee machine was available 24 hrs a day for use and we had access to a fridge. Absolutely lovely hosts.....recommend A+++++++++++

Cute boutique style hotel across the street from the train station. You have your basic breakfaat which is included. Despite being so close to a major road and train station we barely heard anything. Plus we were able to check in our bags early which allowed us to do more exploring.

Overnight before catching train. Excellent accommodation, we will stay again and certainly recommend it. The room was large, own bathroom, the breakfast room was available 24/7 with a well stocked breakfast food, tea, coffee, fresh water, juice and the use of cooking utensils and fridge if you stay for a period of time to prepare your own food. Across the road from Train Station and Metro, walking to many places of interest and restaurants.

The best stay of B&B ever had
We had a perfectly satisfied 2 nights' stay in Dream Station. The location is just 3 minutes' walk from Rome Terminal station, with high security in the builing in access to the rooms. The room is nicely decorated, very spacious; the floor is very clean. 3 rooms share a pantry which is unexpectedly neat and tidy. The pantry provides a lot of snacks and fruits for guests free of charge. The host is very friendly and helpful in solving all our queries. We enjoy the stay very much, if we visit Rome again, we will for sure choose Dream Station.

We stayed here one night and chose this hotel for its location near the Rome train station.Basically this was a place to stay before getting to the Rome airport the next day. One crazy aspect actually was kind of fun: all the rooms are color coded, and the bathroom sink faucet and the shower head have colored LED lights that flash when you use the water. The room was clean but small. The bathroom was VERY small. There is a shared mini kitchen which reminded me of a college dorm. There basically was no front desk or concierge: you are on your own at this place. The woman who manages the hotel has extremely limited English and it was difficult to arrange payment for our room as her internet was down at the time, but it got fixed and all is well that ends well. We probably would not stay here again, but it was a quirky addition to our memories of touring Italy and was inexpensive.

It was ok, price high for area near train station, the front door was scary lots of graffiti , you serve yourself for breakfast, you are given a color section in refrigerator to place your food and drink. Do not use it because other people help themselves. Better use the refrigerator in your room.

Only stayed one night, in transit. Hotel literally across the road from Termini. Awful exterior (graffiti, seedy surroundings) but once inside, very very good. Room is spacious, happily decorated, very clean, access to fridge & well stocked kitchenette

Basic but close to termini railway station
Good for an overnight in transit. Very small room but equipped with everything you need. Bed is a bit hard. Make your own breakfast with basic provisions. Many places to eat close by.

Dream Stay!!
Great location across the street from Roma Termini. Very reasonably priced. Really creative color coordinated rooms. Lovely decor. The staff were very kind. Free breakfast food and use of the kitchen 24 hours a day, along with a coffee machine!! Make sure you call in advance to schedule your checkin or baggage drop off, the office staff are not on site all day. We loved our stay; we had three adults and our baby, our room had a double and twin bed, and they had a crib for us to use. Great B&B. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Ok hotel with some cleanliness issues
So Roma Termini has two sides which are completely differt. One side has police, adequately lighted, and just feels safer. The other side, where this hotel is, is not lighted as well and lots of people hanging out in the street that looked sketchy. Luckily, it is right across Roma Termini, so the walk was short. However, we didn't feel too safe when we walked out at night to get some food. Front desk was super helpful. We needed some assistance and they more than did the best they could. Breakfast was ok, mostly a do-it-yourself setup and you get one shelf in the fridge with some items, and mostly packaged snacks. The room seemed clean at first, but when I pulled back the bedspread I found several hairs from down south on the sheets which grossed me out. I ended up putting a towel ontop of the bed and slept on that. I don't think I can remember this place. Next time, if I am staying around Roma Termini, I will get a hotel on the other side of Roma Termini when it seems safer.
