“Elegant but not convenient”
Hotel was excellent except awkward and expensive to get to and from Rome. The train is 500 meters from hotel but, you can't walk it. Cost is 10 Euros for a 3 minute drive, then a 25 minute train ride to center of Rome. Cost 60 to 100 Euros for taxi to or from FCO airport. Hotel is more convenient to closer smaller airport.
“Best Hotel experience in Italy”
We stayed in six hotels in Italy. This was by far our best experience. The hotel was lovely. We had dinner the first night, a wonderful introduction to italian cuisine. Breakfasts were excellent. We especially liked the room with all the beautiful woodwork and marble. The fountains outside were pretty. Parking was easy. It was a great retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle in Rome.
“A Modern Villa overlooking Rome”
We booked this hotel thru Expedia from the pictures, info, and location. When we arrived we had taken the train too far and had to find a taxi to the hotel, so be sure to use the Panatella stop--just about 1/4 mile from the hotel. When we arrived at about 9:30pm we were greeted with beautiful lighted fountains and an amazing "villa like" hotel. We were taken to our room with a terrace overlooking Rome (about 30 miles away) and asked if we could have some dinner in the dining room, "no problem" was the response. Everyone there seemed to do anything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The grounds are immaculate and the staff was very accomodating. An amazing hotel for a very reasonable price.
“TRES BEL HOTEL”
Très bel hotel avec une belle vue sur Rome. C'est hotel récént bien entretenu. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et nous en sommes enchanté! Petit déjeuner qualité moyenne mais correcte. En Aout nous avons mis 35/40 minutes de voiture pour nous garer au centre de Rome.
“Rome”
Only problem was dierction to Hotel. once you get off the train at pantanella go right on the street that front of train station about 15 to 20 minute walk uphill. I do not recomend for first timer in Rome unless if you are planning to rent a car. Breakfast was not exciting,,,,
“If you love clean, luxurious and value, this is it !!”
This is one of the best surprises that we found in Italy!!!! Everything at this Hotel exceeded our expectations. We loved all of the amenities that they provided. This hotel may be a very small commute from Rome, but it was well worth the trip. The Hotel was fabulous.

“Suberbe palace !”
Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes pendant 2 jours à l'aller de notre voyage puis un jour à notre retour. C'est un vrai palace avec des décors somptueux. Très calme, alors que l'hôtel recevait un mariage nous n'avons jamais été dérangés par le bruit. Les jardins sont splendides et l'accueil de qualité. Un seul regret la situation géographique, il est excentré de Rome, difficile à trouver (on a tourné pendant 1h00). L'accès à Rome se fait par l'intermédiaire du train qui se trouve à 800m sur une route mal éclairée, dans une station qui ressemble à rien. Trente minutes pour accéder à la gare centrale de Rome et des horaires de train pas évidents !
“Lovely Roman Villa”
very nice facility, good service, nice-large rooms- comfortable showers-large balcony overlooking the Rome skyline- a bit hard to find and not practical without the use of a car! It looks like they do lots of weddings there, so if you happen to be in Rome outside of the wedding season you can get a very good deal!!
