“hotel”
very basic hotel with no bar but clean and tidy with helpful staff, about a 10 min train ride from the centre of Rome, very close to airport and train line
“Very Impressed”
I was shocked at the standard of this hotel for the price. The rooms were very clean and the reception staff were superb. I was first reluctant to stay outside the centre of Rome but it is very easy to get to the centre of Rome by train (10 mins) and the hotel staff provide all the information neccessary. The rooms seem to have been updated as they didnt look like the pictures on here, they were better. The pool was nice and it is nice to come back and relax after a hard day in Rome, have a swim and then go for a meal and a drink locally. I would definitly reccomend this hotel!
“Premier Inn of Ciampino”
Very good hotel, pretty much the same as a premier inn hotel in England. Was nosy with Airport across the road, however the planes seemed to stop after 10:30pm, and start at around 7:30pm. The pool is in working order, and looks very nice. Generally a clean hotel, with no problems the staff and restaurant were fine!
“Quaint”
It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep and close to the train so we could easily get to the center of Rome! We enjoyed our stay in our quaint room!
“bonne étape pour visite à Rome et allentours”
L'hôtel est très bien placé pour les arrivées/départs aéroport Ciampino. Une gare dessert Roma Termini directement. Navettes (transports en commun) vers aéroport. Hôtel bon rapport qualité/prix, propre et très bon accueil par personnel. La piscine pour un bain matinal est idéale ... à part les bruits d'avion au décollage .... mais quand on veut être prés d'un aéroport ...!!!
“A good choice”
Quite a distance from the train station if you have heavy luggage. Friendly staff - perfectly comfortable. Breakfast a bit limited - if you don't want/like jams then there is nothing to put on your bread rolls! Some websites imply there is a shuttle to the airport - there is not. However the hotel has a 20 Euro taxi rate which is a lot for the short distance but less than the standard Rome 30 Euro rate. Only alternative is to walk to the station and get a bus (1.50 Euro).
“Fast, Friendly, and nearly Free: All in All -- A Bargain (4 out of 5)”
The bad news first. My major complaint is the hotel had my room AC and refrigerator thermostat controls rigged, so I could not chill out. As a result, it wasn't possible to quickly cool down from the 90+ degree F heat outdoors after walking from the nearby train station. The refrigerator temp was not cold enough to keep my beer chilled, or adjustable, either. That is a shame, too, since there was a grocery store next to the train station (FS). Otherwise, I was satisfied. For one, I was able to save many Euros on transportation. It was only a casual 15 minute walk to and from the Ciampino FS and hotel through a safe residential neighborhood -- day and night. From this FS, you could get to and from both the Ciampino airport on the bus and the Termini FS in central Rome in 15 minutes for 1,20 and 2,30 Euro respectively. That's a half hour each way between the hotel and both destinations on modes of transport that run frequently for a lot less than the 20-30 Euro it would have cost for a taxi. Finally, the English-speaking staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and helpful; although, the all Italian language TV channels were useless, but then how much time do you spend in your room anyways. Remember, in the end, you get what you pay for! All in all, I was satisfied with the Ciampino Hotel; I feel like I got my moneys worth for my three nights there.
“Clean small hotel”
I like it. Most of the the front desk people are nice. Breakfast is not much, only bread, juice and coffee, but it's good for the money. A little far from Rome down town, but the train station is 800 meters walking distance. I would stay again.

“Proche de l'aéroport mais PAS de navette”
Hôtel très correct mais très isolé et bruyant. Pas de navette pour l'aéroport contrairement au descriptif. Il faut payer un taxi environ 20 euros.
